New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. The "De Noot" studio is fully, tastefully, and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the ground floor, on the outskirts of town. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. Public transportation is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green yard with an orchard, a pasture with a pond (and benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep, and a friendly dog (stable).
