Bus stop 50m away, pizza dispenser 100m away, shops, bakery and McDo 5 min walk. 200 m from the Moselle and the ponds of Chaligny for beautiful walks. Electric charging possible directly in front of the accommodation: a Hager 7.4 kW charging station is available (extra charge). Type 2 cable required.

Logement de 18 m2 comprend une douche un wc , un lit 2 places, un mange debout,deux tabourets,une kitchenette ( plaque électrique et frigo ). Contient également tous le matériels et rangement nécessaire à votre séjour ( four, micro-onde, cafetière et tassimo, bouilloire, grille pain,vaisselles..) chauffage électrique en hiver. Mise à disposition d'un jardinet avec terrasse extérieur entrée indépendante par le derrière de la maison. Parking situé a 10 m au dessus du jardinet.

Equipped with a kitchenette, a living area with dining area, living room and desk. The sofa bed is very comfortable, -dimension (140 x 190). The studio has an entrance for storing bicycles. Ample storage. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towel + basic products). Private parking. Pets on request. Garden furniture.

Discover this quiet studio in the heart of Nancy's old town! It is just a two-minute walk to Place Stanislas. On the first floor of a listed building dating from the 18th century, you will be seduced by the place. Within 100 meters, you will find everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, bars). Although it can only accommodate one person, it is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, no matter how long.

Located on the first floor of our home, you will have a spacious apartment with a large equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and TV as well as a dining table. You will find 2 large connecting bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a single bed. We can also provide you with a portable crib and high chair. Spacious bathroom with closed toilet.

Playhouse in the countryside

Pretty independent house in the heart of our garden for a quiet stay. Close to Nancy city center (15 min by car or train). For athletes and walkers, 2 minutes from the loops of the Moselle (85 km of bike paths), walks in the forest or around many small bodies of water. Small clarification, there is internet access in the accommodation but it is only accessible via an ethernet connection (cable provided).
