Very nice cocooning studio

Charming studio in the heart of the old town, ideal for a tourist stay as a couple or professional. Close to all amenities and transportation, many restaurants and shops nearby, perfect to fully enjoy all the attractions of Metz. Excellent new 140 bed and mattress installed on June 3, 2026 (not yet visible in photos). On the 4th floor without an elevator but that works for the legs and heart! Please note: there is no air conditioning, but there is a very good fan.

Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty, the lake, the Opera, the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.
