The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former private mansion, quiet, garden side. We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + living room (large TV Netflix) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty, the lake, the Opera, the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

A mezzanine accommodates two single beds.
