A lovely comfortable cabin in peaceful surroundings. Visiting in early spring we saw lots of deer, birds and hares in the surrounding fields. The cabin is clean and well equipped and Edward and Liz are very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed walks from the door, did a parkrun nearby, bought some lovely goodies from the local village market and did a great bike ride through the nearby Lincolnshire Wolds. We also visit a coastal nature reserve and enjoyed the fresh sea air. We hope to be back sometime.

Both Lisa and Brother Andy where very good hosts I had a few queries whilst we where visiting and they where both very quick to respond. The house beat all expectations and was very dog friendly and yet not a single dog hair visible on arrival. Great location hardly used the car and even though it was off road parking we had no issues with getting a space .

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful church! The space itself is incredible—full of character and charm. The location was perfect, and the host was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return!

we had a lovely stay at the cosy cottage, this was our second visit as we enjoyed our stay so much last time we just had to come back! Jason's cottage is like a home away from home, with everything you need plus the added personal touches such as milk, wine, fresh eggs, treats etc.. the hot tub is a great added bonus and we were lucky with the weather.. the beds are super comfy for a great night's sleep, we would definitely recommend a visit here :-)

Alison was an exceptional host providing us exactly what we needed for a couple of nights with our beagle Baxter location was perfect with off Road parking house was lovely & clean & very comfortable all round great service

We enjoyed a lovely Easter weekend break at Tom & Jess' barn - where every day felt like a Sunday! Peaceful, with no agenda and long dog walks. It was exactly what we needed and I have to say, that we didn't venture too far as the barn was so homely and cosy and conducive to movie nights, puzzling and cooking family meals together. Our dog Sam whose recall can be a bit hit or miss, loved the open fields for tearing about and we could relax, knowing she couldn't escape! We slept like babies and our mother-in-law loved waking up to see the horses grazing in the field! We are often in the Lincoln area so will definitely be back for another dose of Brandicarr Farm relaxation! Thank you!

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable and added bonus of two parking spaces. Hot tub was amazing. Our dogs really enjoyed themselves as well with the beach just down the road. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The stay was amazing. a well presented, well looked after caravan. There is everything you need and more. Game for the children were provided. The van was very clean, light, well decorated with absolutely no clutter. Tracey was on hand if needed. response is almost immediate. We all had a great stay, grandkids loved it. Thank you Tracey, we will be booking again. 5*
