It has fully equipped kitchen, use of leisure facilities including heated indoor pool, games room and tennis court. Great location in South Devon close to brilliant beaches. Pitt Farm is a small holiday cottage complex of 7 cottages. The pool, tennis and other facilities are shared between these cottages. No garden but there's an outdoor table and chairs for al-fresco dining / sundowners.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
