Monthly Rentals in The Junction

Rose's place is filled with light; it is warm and welcoming. Everything works and is well put together. We felt immediately welcome and comfortable.

Cottage is in a great location to The Junction (restaurants, cafes, shopping etc.) and beaches are close by. Darby St is a short walk if you want a larger range of restaurants, bars etc. Having the courtyard out the back was great for enjoying a coffee whilst planning the day. Parking can be a hassle if you expect directly out the front of the place, but there is plenty of street parking either in the street or around the corner.

This was a very good place to stay. As well as the advertised and expected things, all the extras made all the difference. Welcome gifts on arrival, washing powder, an umbrella to use if needed, glad wrap, aeroguard, containers to store food etc. All the things you have at home and don't necessarily take on holiday. We brought bikes and Jenny happily accommodated a 'parking' space' undercover and out of sight. Everything was very clean. Supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants are very close. A few bus routes are nearby. We would happily stay again. Parking is on the street. It was not a big deal and we nearly always parked out front or very close. Looking for a space in business hours was the only time parking was limited.

Had a lovely 5 nights at Catherine’s house. Was very nice to arrive to extras such as breakfast provisions and Easter Eggs Great location - would definitely stay again
