Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Flame Tree! The property was exactly as expected—quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat. While a few minor items were missing (like a can opener) or broken (such as an umbrella), Eric was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The beds were quite spacious but not the most comfortable. However, Eric’s flexibility with check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll especially miss the delicious croissants and stunning sunrises. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book one of his properties again if I return to the island!.

Our stay at Yadleys place was amazing! We loved everything about it. Yadley was a great host, always responsive and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed everything. The pool was a great place to spend our mornings before heading out for the afternoon. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to TCI

The place was beautiful! The view, the pool, the privacy….I couldn’t have asked for more! The description and pictures were spot on. The location was about 20 min away from everything but I knew beforehand and it was worth it! Loved it and would stay here again.

We had a spectacular week vacation with our family of five staying at Russ‘s place. Great location with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, which helped us to explore the island. The pool was a major bonus with the kids. We will certainly consider returning in the future!

My family stayed at Kumbar Villa for ten nights. It was clean, more than spacious, safe, quiet, and had everything we needed. Sushma was an amazing host; very responsive, friendly, readily available if needed, and made sure our stay was perfect. This was our 5th time on Provo. We adventure all over the island every day, but are partial to staying in Leeward and would definitely recommend staying at this villa. The beaches (duh!), snorkeling, seafood ravioli at Mango Reef, banana daiquiris at The Terrace, salmon salad at Cocovan, and daily chai lattes at Lemon 2 Go or Shay Cafe are already calling my name. Okay, maybe the Pot Cakes too. If you haven’t been to TCI, this is your warning… you WILL fall in love. It’s all so amazing and beautiful; the weather, the beaches, the locals, the culture, the drinks, the food… all of it! Thank you for the hospitality, Sushma! We can’t wait for our next trip.

Highly recommend this place. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Close to everything from grocery stores to nice beaches, but you will need a car. It was beyond our expectations, the owners were very nice and provided everything we needed for our trip to Turks and Caicos. I travelled around the world and this experience made me want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything

Hosts were great, communicated, clear instructions, and the place was more or less as expected. It does feel a bit like a high volume rental so the space is pretty well worn, and there is a grittiness to some things that is simply a function of age (and humidity). It's a great location, peaceful, secure, with a nice shared pool, outdoor shower, and lots of useful amenities like cooler, chairs, and water accessories. Location is great with an easy walk to the beach. It's comfortable and really has everything you need. I think it our case because of a short stay it seemed a little pricey (for us) due to the short stay of four days and stacking cleaning and fees. We stayed at a hotel in the area one time before over a 3 day weekend and that might be the way to go for a short stay. But we would definitely recommend this for longer stays as it would probably end up being a good value.

First, Patricia is a wonderful host. The house is very clean and feels new and modern. Everything is well-labeled. Internet works well. It's a short walk to Long Bay Beach but we explored other beaches where we could snorkel, as well as Grace Bay Beach and Leeward Beach (all of which were a reasonably short drive but require a rental car). The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of nice homes (some very large beachfront ones across the street). The house is gated and feels very safe. We enjoyed and recommend!

Candice's place was just what we would have hoped for. Candice was responsive to our every communication. One of the AC units wasn't operating as it should, and she immediately had an AC repairman there (arranged within minutes). The place was very clean and orderly. The inside of the unit is better than pictured. Though, the outside isn't anything to look at (which may be why there aren't any exterior pictures). It's located right next to Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, and very convenient to downtown, beaches, and stores. A great experience. Thanks Candice!

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

Patricia's cottage was right by the Chalk sound and it offers an unparalleled sunset view from the dock out back. it's very quiet at night and every room has split type ACs for your comfort. The cottage also came with the washer dryer combo and the host had generously provided beach chairs and towels. i have to highly recommend Patricia's cottage.

COCODEMER, THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE! WE FELT WE WERE LIVING IN A TROPICAL VILLA AS YOU SEE IN MOVIES! David and Amanda’s home is truly fantastic- a hidden gem. We greatly enjoyed our stay! – Steady cross breeze , vaulted ceilings! Furnishings & Decorations are VERY impressive ! Huge screened in covered porch overlooking a beautiful pool. Comfy seating on the porch & a large dining table for outdoor meals, we greatly enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked – it had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms are excellent – each with their own bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The pool is beautiful, surrounded with Palms Trees , concrete deck & chairs for lounging . Marvelous property within a short walk to the amazing Grace Bay and Leeward beaches. An oasis in the middle of paradise! Quiet location! David and Amanda are the quintessential hosts! David is always reachable with an excellent response time! We will be back for several years to come! thank you David & Amanda !

Rockenson and Lucnise’s AirBnB was exceptional. Our host was helpful in many ways and engaged in conversation every day to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Even accommodated us with a last minute late checkout arrangement. The location itself was incredible; peaceful and safe! Highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting.

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Great location and the home was very peaceful, larger space than appeared in photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and grill outside in good condition. Host was very responsive for our few minor needs during the stay. Highly recommend. Our family was primarily here for direct from shore snorkeling and beach activities, which were outstanding. The coral gardens reef is steps away and perfect for young children learning to snorkel for first time. Saw stingray, flounder, lionfish, and of course many common species. For those wishing a more involved snorkeling experience, we saw many sea turtles at smith's reef about 45min walk west along the beach.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property was. The villa itself was outstanding, with elegant decor and all the comforts of home. One of the best parts was its prime location—just a short walk to downtown Grace Bay, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and the incredible beach. The gated property gave us an added sense of security, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

The property is very well located and has great sea view. Nice Caribbean house with a personal touch, bedrooms are on both ground and first floor, plenty of common space and large terraces. Internet connection was very fast for Provo standards. Although the house is not very new and some details might need fixing, overall impression was very pleasant. Some minor hiccups upon our arrival were compensated by Robin's kind and friendly attitude.

The view from the villa is beautiful. It is well appointed, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials. They have laundry facilities although we did not use them, we had intended to and then didn’t need to. The view of Chalk Sound is stunning and the beaches within walking distance are definitely the best on the island. We loved the beaches that were close by. Chantal and Dave have chairs and coolers for use at the beach which was wonderful. You definitely need a rental car as it is quite remote from most of the restaurants. Las Brisa’s is right next door which was very handy and we did eat there are few times. The first night on the island we ate there and the food was wonderful. Our next few experiences there were not as good and we wished we hadn’t continued to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, it was very relaxing for our family

This home had plenty of space for our family. It was clean and we loved the location was walkable to a beach. We enjoyed the balcony area for morning coffee or evening drinks. We had a little issue finding the key box, but after that checking in and out was very easy. The property had a gated entrance and there were several lights around the property. The kitchen was well stocked to make meals and they provided enough beach chairs, umbrellas and life vests for all guests. The pool was clean and refreshing. My husband said the electric bikes were not working. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
