New, comfortable 24 sqm tiny house with 4 beds, 2 electric heaters, wood stove and large bathroom. Satellite TV, very good cell phone reception. Electric barrel sauna, large meadow with fruit trees, fire pit and beautiful views with lounging furniture. Ground parking. Firewood freely available both inside and out. For swimming, Silbersee is 2.5 km away and Perlsee with a beer garden is 13 km away. It's very quiet at the end of a hamlet. You are alone in the garden.

When mooring Rustic country house with charm

Welcome to the Upper Palatinate, in the Bavarian Forest. The former "Boier" farm in the hamlet of Tännesried is surrounded by nature. Only 5 minutes' walk to the natural swimming lake Mühlweiher. On the fully fenced property there is a shaded terrace as well as a covered outdoor seating area with barbecue. 3 parking spaces available for free. The house is NOT accessible. Arrival by car recommended

The apartment at Margarete's was great. Margarete and her husband are super friendly, helpful and the apartment is bright, clean and in great condition. Useful tips were available everywhere in the rooms and the value for money is unbeatable. If you want to stay in the area cheaply and easily in a clean environment, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We spent a little over a week as a family with 3 children in the accommodation. The tiny house was almost new and therefore in immaculate condition. In addition, a hot tub for heating with wood and a barrel sauna for private use were available. Both were great extras (not available in every home) that we enjoyed using. The support for questions was optimal both before arrival and during the stay. Answers came very quickly or on-site concerns were dealt with immediately. The view from the terrace to Lake Eixendorfer is spectacular. We used the existing fixed charcoal grill several times. Two toilets and bathrooms with showers were available and rounded off the comfort. In the kitchen, everything important was available and even one or two things that you would not otherwise expect in vacation rentals (e.g. several grill tongs, some dishwasher tabs, sufficient pots, large wooden board). All in all, great!

We really enjoyed staying at Vasilij's, in the attic, with artistic decor. We felt right at home. The kids loved the treehouse vibe. Vasilij is a very friendly, responsive host and we shared good times together. The village is also very charming. Ideal for the end of our journey, a few quiet and peaceful days, surrounded by countryside and water points for children.
