This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

Babylon is located behind Babylon Garden Spa. Situated across the beach, about maximum a 10mins walk if you stroll. Hotel can give you beach towels! Surrounded by lots of roadside stalls, cafe and marts. The room was spotless and clean, had pots & pans, water kettle and a fridge. Note it doesn’t come with a microwave. Bathroom is clean, heater is consistently good. All the receptionists were very friendly and hospitable, I had a severe case of food poisoning and the receptionist called the ambulance for me. After discharge, the entire service team constantly checked on us asking if I was feeling better and needed food. Since it was linked to the spa, you get a discount! There’s free washer & dryer with powder up at the roof top. There’s also a nice pool. Also has resident dog and cats!!

The apartment is not very new, but you get exactly what you see on pictures. Nice and comfortable studio. Pool is nice, neighborhood is very local and quiet. Host is very helpful and we had no issues staying for 1 week.

Excellent apartment in a excellent location. You are right by the water and beach. There are many great bars and restaurants walkable from the location. Host is extremely responsive and if you have any problems, he will take care of any of them. Check out his recommendations.

My time here was extraordinary! The host and building manager were so helpful and nice. Always there to help and checking in on us frequently. Five minute walking distance from the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants in the area. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We stayed at the accommodation for approximately 11 days. Thương was an amazing host - proactive, offered to clean our room regularly and always responsive and friendly. The room is beautiful, comfortable and had a great view overlooking the famous (biggest) bridge in Da Nang. We'll definitely be back in the future if visiting this city - thank you Thương and the Team for an amazing experience at your Airbnb.

It's hard finding a spacious place in Da Nang that actually matches the photos. We had a string of bad experiences on Airbnb with other listings in Da Nang but this one was very good. The host was communicative and fixed issues (both bathroom shower drains did not drain properly over multiple days) when we told them. There is a distinctive sewer smell that comes from the drains at random times during the day and night but this is to be expected in the cities where there is no sewer gas cover. We closed the bathroom doors and it was fine. High reccomend this place if you're working remotely or need some room to space out. The location was far from beach / better areas of town but you can easily rent a scooter or get a Grab cheaply.

I really like the Japanese design of the room. Everything is clean. Moreover, the landlady is super friendly and nice. I’ll choose this place if I come back to Đà Nẵng.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great, within a few minutes walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, a gym, and the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The housekeeper does a fantastic job cleaning the apartment twice a week. This is a great place for both short term and long term stays.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. We stayed for 1 week in Da Nang at Tuyet's place and I can say it was the best place to be at! We were lucky to come across this place and will definitely stay again here when we come back! Tuyet and her husband/partner were very welcoming and accommodating, from the pre-arrival, during the stay and even upon check out. They rented us a motorbike for a very good deal, and it was ready upon our arrival. WIFI is fast, drinking water is available in the building and the laundry inside the room was very convenient + the really nice balcony! Bed was spacious, AC was working well, the room was really nice, big, quiet and clean. Big fridge, and they have a microwave and electronic stove. The place was also 5 mins away from the beach! And 2-3 mins (by motorbike) away from all the shops and restaurants. It was close to the night market and the dragon bridge! Very good location. Tuyet was very helpful in restaurant and tourist spot recommendations! The place and the hosts definitely made our stay more convenient and enjoyable! Will definitely come back again. We really liked it here. The staff was very friendly and the place was not only clean, but also very comfortable and special. The area is quieter, but that's exactly what we wanted. Very cute neighborhood. It's close to the beach. Spas and restaurants are within walking distance. The Korean restaurant in the hotel is also very good. We liked it so much that we would definitely come back. Great place.
