The homestay is a traditional thai tilt house made by wood. It's basic, mattresses on the floor, but comfy enough to enjoy the experience of living on a traditional house. The host, Cuc, speak English perfectly and she is so helpful. It's perfect if you go on a big group and then you can rent the full house (10-12 people), otherwise I guess you will need to share with other guests or Cuc might arrange a bungalow for you. The facilities are OK and the restaurant serves local home made food. Around the house there are other wood houses with restaurants and it's near an esplanade with food stands and locals having fun, which was very fun to experience as well.

A clean and spacious room is furnished with two beds, each featuring light grey bedding and white pillows. Large windows provide natural light and scenic views of the surrounding greenery and mountains, enhancing the airy atmosphere of the space.

It felt like we were inside a Wes Anderson film. Because we stayed during the off-season at a resort, we were practically the only ones there. It was weird but it was the most memorable and fun stay of our whole vacation. Listing was misleading for time of year, however we found the quirks to be endearing. Highly recommend, especially during Winter :)

Our host was very helpful, the pool is very quiet and peaceful and the room was spacious and comfortable. We checked in late and it was no problem. The breakfast was very tasty also, and she was able to help us with anything we needed.

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

Very nice and beautiful place for the price, its the hidden gem, except the location is about 20 min bike from town, but all worth it. The nice owner went out of his way helped take us to the main street the day we checked out, thats a plus for my stay. If I have chance to visit Ninh Binh again, I will look to stay here again.

Great hosts ! Very quick and easy access, room was as described, got an extra duvet on request and the room was cleaned again when we gently asked if it would be possible to clean the shower again. There was cheap laundry service. Easy to find, quiet location. Would come back again and again! Thanks Minh !
