We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Holly Tree Cottage - A Hidden Gem in the Old Town

A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

Barnaby’s Lodge, dating back to 1640, is brimming with character and historic charm. With its own private courtyard garden, it provides a wonderful space to unwind and relax after a day spent by the sea. We’re pleased to welcome dogs; however, we kindly ask that they are not permitted upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested at the time of booking.

The Coach House is an adorable cottage formed from the original former coach house and stable in the grounds of an imposing Victorian house. it is incredibly spacious inside and has a secluded private garden. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and is close to all amenities, a 10 minute walk to the beach and Royal Harbour and 12 minutes walk to the train station.

Clarendon Cottage is a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Broadstairs, and close to the town's pubs, restaurants and shops. Next to Broadstairs station, which is 80 minutes by rail from London's St Pancras Intl. Off street parking. Formerly known as Crampton's Cottage, but we now brought back the original name Clarendon Cottage.

My place is close to Sandwich, Wingham, Canterbury and Dover Ferry Port. There are 4 golf courses within a 9 mile radius including Royal St. Georges in Sandwich which hosts the British Open Championship every few years. There are 2 public courses in the area - Boughton and Stone Lees.
