We are back from a year of travels around Europe with fresh new inspiring ideas for our Airbnb. Our house is ideal for couples and small groups of up to 6 people. The main house has 1) an ensuite bedroom w/king-size bed, corner bath, toilet & duo shower, 2) a spacious open mezzanine floor w/queen-size bed and 3) a covered verandah w/2 single beds. There is an open living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and 2nd bathroom w/toilet & shower. Good climate control w/4 aircons and 2/ceiling fans.

Delightful campsite in nature between Maun& Moremi

Come and put your tent in our campsite in nature. We are ideally situated only 40km from Maun but far away from the noise of the city. Semowi is an oasis of calm in nature. We are half way on your way to Moremi Game Reserve and only 4km from Elephant Havens (Baby elephants rescue). The campsite is large with a fire place. You can either sleep on top of your car or put your tent on the floor. You have access to the common ablutions and have a place to clean your dishes.

Motswiri Cottage. Enjoy the calls of the fish eagles by day and the owls by night. We are situated 10 Km from Maun on the Ghanzi road on a large & shady property next to the Thalamakane river. Perfectly positioned within 15 mins of Maun, however it is essential to have your own car to reach us. The cottage sleeps 2 adults & 2 children on a sofa bed in the lounge.

Janet came out to find us when we couldn’t find the cottage, chatty and friendly she booked our trip with her company afritrek. Immaculate property with enormous emperor size bed , fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook . Remember to take milk as there is just tea and coffee . Gorgeous decked area to take in the sunset over the river and watch the river taxi man taking his passengers over in his canoe. Janet and her staff team were helpful and friendly and so were her 5 dogs who always wanted a fuss. We had a good chat with Wilfred who recommended places to eat in the evening . Dusty donkey for breakfast was lovely with their resident chickens wandering about, tasty Indian meal in Tandurei near the airport . Thank you Janet and your team !!!
