Serenity River Front Gardens..

Mose and her family were amazing. They treated us like family, making sure we had everything we needed and even drove us to the airport and around town. The house was beautiful and spotless. The yard was inviting. The neighborhood was quiet.

Golentle, home away from home

DanielRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Kay and her family welcomed us in their oasis in the eastern district of Maun. She offered to pick us up at the airport, which we gladly accepted. The room was well prepared, clean, towels and shower gel were provided. Also purified water is provided as well as free refills. We often used the small kitchen area to cook for our selfes in the evening. Different supermarkets are easily reachable by foot within 10 to 15 minutes to get groceries. On days we wanted to start a little more slow, we opted to get breakfast in Golentle. All in all it was a great base for our safari activities around Maun.
A heated swimming pool is surrounded by a well-established garden featuring greenery and trees. Flowering plants are positioned in terracotta pots near the pool. Sunlight filters through the foliage, creating a peaceful outdoor setting.

Lizzy's Ravine Forest Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay with Martin and Elizabeth. They are very generous, helpful, easy-going hosts. The accommodation was exactly what we needed - enough space to get repacked and reorganized after spending 11 days on a mobile safari. We were able to do our laundry and they allowed us to use their kitchen. They let us use spices for cooking and they even gave us some vegetables from their garden!! The veggies were great and we were very grateful for their generosity. Martin and Elizabeth were also very flexible and helped us out last minute. This flexibility was ver much appreciated. It is the perfect place to recuperate after a safari or to spend some time to rest. The garden and surroundings are beautiful. And last but not least they have very sweet dogs!!!
A charming entrance leads to the accommodation, framed by weathered wooden fencing. Lush greenery and blooming flowers adorn the pathway, while sheer white curtains billow gently in the breeze, visible through open double doors that invite guests inside.

Kadavu- "your affordable accommodation"

Enjoyable stay, comfortable place for good value. It’s a little bit remote, and the location on the app not 100% accurate. The host was quick to answer his phone and guide me tochtje correct location though.
A tranquil pool area is surrounded by lush greenery and flowering plants. A single sun lounger is positioned nearby on a pebbled patio, with a shaded pergola providing a natural canopy. The inviting water reflects the soft colors of the surrounding landscape.

we had a great stay with Thomas! The place is lovely and he's very friendly. He also helped us book a Mokoro tour and gave us lots of helpful advice.
