This villa deserves 5.0/5.0. There are many pluses for this villa; What I liked the most is ventilation in balcony lets you enjoy evenings in open air on the balcony. Kitchen is amazing with all appliances and instruments. There is washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer. This is plus for families with children. The pool is big enough. Close to the beach, restaurants, street food and currency exchange. We would like to return back this villa again. We found the place just perfect! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate the available moka pot. There are plenty of extras provided (like an umbrella, beach chair, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) that are very useful for your first days. We also left a few helpful items behind for the next guests. The apartment is located in a quiet area, away from noisy cafes and loud music, which can be a problem at the opposite end of the beach. The bed is very comfortable, with a firm mattress. Water and electricity were paid based on meter readings, and for two weeks we spent around 1,400 baht. Nearby, you'll find lots of cafes and an excellent beach with plenty of photo spots. On the left side of the beach, there’s soft, clean sand without leaves or sticks. The water entry is sandy, with no rocks or corals. We loved everything about our stay, and if we return to Thailand, we’ll definitely stay here again!

This villa was a dream. Levi, the owner was in communication with us at every step of the way. We were a family of seven, one being a toddler and it suited us perfectly. There were two bedrooms downstairs, to one side of the games room, with the cinema and laundry room on the other side. Our children and grandchildren took the downstairs and we were in the master upstairs (the one with the sofa bed in the photo), the sliding doors, when opened had a drop into the pool with the waterfall to the left. Looking out onto the infinity pool, tropical greenery and a sea view in the distance was just heavenly. The beds were extremely comfortable and all furnishings were top quality including a vast amount of china crockery. However I would recommend buying something less breakable if you have little ones. We did find the oven quite difficult to manage as could not find any instructions. A big thank you to Yung, the lady that manages the property, she was absolutely lovely and saw to any problems almost immediately, she sent us some photos with arrows to help us find the property and also spoke to our taxi driver to guide him to it. Very helpful. We plan to go back just as soon as travel and entry become easier. Banana beach, about six minutes drive away, past Naithon beach, was just beautiful. There are two paths down to it on the right, the easiest being the first one you come to. The food was also good at ‘Papa’ the only restaurant and bar on that beach. We also loved the food at ‘Weena’ restaurant. Moo 3 Sakhu, Thalang. Villa highly recommended🌟

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Sehr saubere und geräumige Unterkunft. Modern eingerichtet, entspricht den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war einfach und Tanyamore sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. In direkter Umgebung nicht viel vorhanden aber mit einem Roller ist alles binnen weniger Minuten erreichbar. Im Gegenzug ist es sehr ruhig! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

If you want a place in North Phuket with peace and quietness look no further than this villa. You may need a car if you are looking to get around but this villa was well worth the price and overall great experience.

I've been to Phuket quite a few times and on this trip I stayed in Phuket Marriott Beach Club for 3 nights (beach resort), and I booked this place for the last two nights. The goal was to have a quiet, private experience in the mountains with a view. Resava is a professional organization as I received the housekeeper's contact (Ms Deng) far in advanced. Ms Deng was extremely helpful, she helped me book a car service as this villa is remote and not all drivers are familiar with this place. The resort itself was excellent and met all my expectations. The villa was exactly as I had expected, and was spotless both indoors and outdoors. Every morning cleaners came and cleaned up the pool, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were at five star level. My family and I had asked for Ms Deng to make breakfast and lunch for a fee, which was extremely convenient. Ms Deng and helper fulfilled our orders and cooked a nice feast according to our preference. I highly recommend the villa

Не первый раз снимаем жилье в этом кондо, поэтому в целом знаем, чего ожидать. Во время заселения, были выявлены некоторые неподадки - не работал свет в туалете и не подходил пароль от wi-fi. Связались с хозяевами через чат и на следующий день все оперативно поправили. А так квартира понравилась, все было хорошо. Единственное, мы думали что спальни на рязных этажах, а оказалось на одном. И из незначительных минусов всего 1 связка ключей, по одному ключу на этаж. Пришлось разделить и выходить/входить через разные этажи. Но это мелочи, в целом все ок и могу рекомендовать.

I greatly enjoyed my stay! A nice, clean, comfortable place to call home while in the area. Everything you need for short or extended stay, including large refrigerator, burner, ac, and washer. The property has a nice pool (which offers great views of sunset) and a gym. There’s some nearby little markets and conviennent stores within walking distance, and the nearby beach area was wonderful! Tons of tasty food, and again, gorgeous views of the sunset.

Эрику большое спасибо за предоставленное жилье. Квартира очень большая, полностью укомплектованная всеми необходимыми вещами для комфортного проживания. Кондоминимум очень ухоженный, прекрасный бассейн и рядом с пляжем. Мы были как дома. Все было просто прекрасно. С удовольствием вернемся в это прекрасное место!!!! Хозяин квартиры Эрик - всегда на связи и помогал нам в любом вопросе!!!

Ми дуже задоволені відпочинком у Nar! Відпочивали троє дорослих та двоє маленьких дітей. Красива та доглянута територія з різноманітними басейнами, на будь-який смак, охорона. Квартира відповідала опису, була затишною та світлою. Регулярне прибирання та зміна білизни, в квартирі є все, що потрібно, кухонне приладдя, правильна машина, навіть спеціальні засоби для дітей, як от підставка для ванної та дитяче ліжечко. Особливо гарною була тераса з видом на внутрішній двір, де можна було спокійно посидіти в кріслі і насолодитися видом. Ми вдячні Nar за його турботу та уважне ставлення, він завжди йшов на зустріч нашим побажанням! Ми залюбки повернемося, коли будемо наступного разу на Пхукеті)
