Vacation rentals with a patio in Thai Mueang District

Yulia's place is stunning! It's exactly like the photos and exceptionally maintained. Yulia's communication was great, with advice on preordering groceries, and she arranged a cot which honestly was in better shape than almost every place I've stayed (incl many hotels), and she was super responsive about maintenance in the flat when there were a couple of niggles, and it helped that she had a local contact that could help out too. The location is amazing, the condo has a number of stunning pools, isnt far from the airport, and is right on a peaceful stretch of Mai Khao beach. There are a few good beachside eateries around, or you can head to one of the big hotels for food. It's all walkable or you can get a local taxi just outside the condo. NOTE: one thing we did miss was that there is a deposit that needs to be paid in CASH. It's not an insignificant amount so just make sure you bring enough - we didn't and there was no way to pay it via a transfer or similar.

Very nice apartment in a luxury/high end development. It's a great place to stay with a nice beach and plenty of good pools. Same as the photos comfortable, spacious and clean.

Everything was as shown on the pictures. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Tours and taxis conveniently would pick you up in front of the condo. The balcony has a very private view with trees and birds. The bed linens weren't clean when I arrived but they kindly cleaned and replaced everything. I found the apartment is very clean and highly recommend.

Very clean spacious place to stay. A gorgeous beach is within a walking distance. The hostess is very responsive. We really enjoyed the time spent in this apartment.

What a beautiful little place. The studio is wonderful. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable, lots of places to sit outside and enjoy nature and her lovely cats!. The host lives in the big house but we always felt private. Tik Restaurant down the road was a great recommendation, as was Laoleu Restaurant. The accommodation was a little hard to find. We would have liked to stay an extra week but it was fully booked!. The weather is the only thing which would have improved our 9 day stay!

We had two families during our stay and total of 8 people. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. There was lots of space and room for everyone. The place was clean and just like the pictures. She recommended a great driver and cook. We had an awesome Christmas dinner prepared for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Nanthida's. We felt like our home and moreover they rented out their car to us which was very helpful.

Great apartment and brand new! Everything is done very thoughtfully and aesthetically. A large and clean pool, lots of greenery around, even a lake with a kayak free to use. Stunning views from the veranda and pool deck - a perfect place to rest and relax with an owner who fulfills any request and answers all questions. Everything is super new and of high quality. We will come again, thank you!

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

Very good stay experience.The welcome fruits were prepared on the first day and it was a very good experience.The room is cleaned daily and extremely clean.The pool was directly facing the ocean and my kids had to jump in several times a day.The waiter came in the morning to cook breakfast and it was touching. If you are staying with children, it is recommended that you can go down to the sea to grab crab when the tide is low, we have at least a few dozen, and we are very happy. The only suggestion would be if the breakfast could have been a bit more enriched, like some changes every day, it would have been better.

I loooved my stay, the place was so pristine, the area is so lovely and cozy, with everything you could possibly need. The property is very well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the location is unmatched.

I really liked Anastasia's attitude to her guests. Warmly met us, always ready to help. She told me about the nearest cafes, shops, answered all your questions. Very quick to respond to messages and always available. Thank you so much for that! The apartment is clean, bright, had everything you need for your stay.

Very nice condo, clean everything matched the photos, the pool outside the door! We even had a fruit dish we even lengthened our stay by a month.

Clean, spacious apartment, great hotel grounds. Jackie, I did my best to make me and my family comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at check-in Jackie made sure we had food in the refrigerators, even cookies for tea, very nice. The sea is located in 50 meters from the hotel, I was with a small child, it is convenient.

We had booked the wrong date. Then Wilsanee responded very quickly with a solution. In the end, that wasn't necessary, but we felt like she really wanted to help us. So because we didn't sleep there the first night, we only had to check in there the next day, on which she said very flexibly that we could check in as early as 12 o'clock. The room was great! You have a projector that allows you to watch Netflix, only works with Youtube (Disney+ and others didn't). Had a nice time! The pool was a plus. If you ever need to be around the airport, this is a lovely stopover.
