We had a great stay at this place. The host was very helpful arranging transport from the airport. I would recommend arriving in the daylight if possible as the entrance to the Airbnb is not the most obvious in dark and if it is your first time in Vietnam it may seem a little overwhelming.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Tri’s home was great for us. We both work online and my boyfriend takes multiple video calls throughout the day so we needed a quiet space with plenty of light and strong WiFi - this place delivers! It’s a little away from the buzz of Hanoi but you can easily get a grab from the top of the road (you have to walk out of the hem around 100 metres as the roads aren’t mapped so it’s easier to set the location as the main road and walk up). Cleaning was regular and they provided what we needed. Place was super quiet at all times. Kitchen well equipped, washing machine etc. Walking distance of great gym - Teekiu

I had such a lovely stay in the flat. The area is also really nice, more local and a bit further away from Old Town, which was a big plus for me. Highly recommend!

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with modern furnishings and tasteful touches throughout. The bedrooms were spacious with a plush bed that provided a restful night's sleep. (One room is significantly bigger than the other though). One of the highlights of this apartment was its location. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, it offered easy access to cafes, restaurants, and shops. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. They were readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Staying at this listing with my huge family was great! You can find many coffee shops in one block & enjoy people watching. There is also lots of street food & some shopping to do within a walkable distance. Very easy to book Grabs to get food delivered at any hour of the day & to go into the city. Quynh helped us arrange a late-night shuttle from the airport to the airbnb. This location has 7+ floors & has its own elevator. (that is not made clear in photos but it's great for easily bringing up luggage and accommodating older folks) Some of the tv's & their remotes weren't working but my family & I were enjoying the city that we didn't need it & told our hosts they didn't have to address it. Rooms were very spacious & had its own bathrooms. The shower will wet the floor & become slippery and dangerous so be sure to ask Trang for extra towels to put down. You put your trash on the pavement to be picked up by the way. We enjoyed this stay very much!!

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Hanoi was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.

I had a lovely stay from April 12–16. The apartment is cozy, clean, and full of natural light. Everything worked well, and it was peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping checked in daily to refresh towels and supplies, which was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, and the building feels secure. The place was open and cool, with fresh air, especially for a place that's near the center of the city. The house was clean and beautiful, with all the necessities. Our host was super nice 😊. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again!
