Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tha Wang Tan

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

The apartment and it’s facilities are amazing! Host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

I had a nice 1 week stay here. The apartment is well-equipped and is maintained in a perfect condition. Everything is modern and well-thought. It is located in the far end of the building, so no traffic noise and no neighbors from the sides. Only sometimes I've heard humming of the neighbor's air conditioner from the other floor and church bells from afar, but this didn't cause any discomfort. Arthit is very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with, truly a superhost. I've arrived at 11 AM and was able to check-in this early. Didn't need to wait. This will be the first option to stay on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

This place is a gem. From the absolutely stunning house and surroundings, to the absolutely outstanding service provides by Aon and the fast answer of the owner, Oom. To me this property has opened my eyes from renting just to sleep to renting to experience a place. The place is silent, exceptionally from the noise of the nature, the beds are comfortable, and everywhere you look at is beautiful and well thought. The swimming pool is comfortable. Some recommendations: rent a car to go there, or have scooter’s delivered there. I highly suggest to order Aon food. Although the price tag is a bit higher than some restaurant in chiang Mai, It’s freshly made,delicious and the size of each portion is consequent. She also adapted to our demands and cleaned everything making it a private chef experience. Outstanding.

Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

Very happy five nights. Very quiet. Very clean house. Very large. Suitable for two or three families to play together. There are clean towels and water every day. There is also a housekeeper who cleans every day.

We were surprised at how noisy the street was since the neighborhood looks so small in the map, but the place itself is quirky and cute, and there's lots of good food around every corner. Our host was great too, answering questions and bringing us extra snacks 😋

Everything was perfect! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever known. The place was very clean and cozy. I really liked the location with local restaurants just downstairs, good massage parlors, the night market 5-10 min walk. I would 100% recommend!!

We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

Natasa was a wonderful host - her place was incredible, comfortable and excellent value for money in an area near to popular markets and every restaurant I tried nearby was up there with the most delicious food I’ve tried in Thailand for excellent value. She communicated very swiftly and well as well as providing great general advice and guidance for recommendations in chiang mai. Would defo stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

I love this condo complex. While I have stayed here before, it was my first time staying at Ing's and it didn't disappoint. She was very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an amazing view, the amenities are top notch and convenient. Also close to the night market and 7-elevens in both directions with a short walking distance. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again! I hope she will have me in the future! 5 stars across the board!
