House was really nice and clean, you will get everything what you need + parking. I liked location, it was quiet and peaceful there. several farms nearby. really liked the children's playground and the unicorn-goat in the animal ground). Special thanks for your patience and help with check-in, as my family and I were traveling from the Czech Republic, our arrival was very late. a very good place for those who want to take a break from the big city

We really lucked out with this place. Having the best playground in Texel at our backyard made it one of the most fun weeks our daughter has had in her life. Truly memorable and we would definitely go back.

Lovely little mobile home in a holiday park in Petten. The amenities were great, everything you needed was available. Everything worked out great, Nanine clearly described all the instructions. Maybe it's still good to know that you can't drive directly to the cottage by car, but have to walk a bit with your luggage.

The cottage is cozy, and a garden with lots of privacy. Very clean and almost completely furnished. The park is quiet and is in a nice area. The park has few facilities so for children the park may be a bit boring, we were two adults. Thank you for the nice days we had in your cottage.

Marco's chalet is a small, but wonderful place. It's situated directly behind a private marina, in the first row of a settlement of similar chalets. The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing for relaxing on the terrace any time of the day. Nearby a secure bathing area for little kids, with a small sandy beach. We did some excursions to Sneek (a middle-sized town, ~25 minutes) and small villages at the shore of the ijsselmeer (eg. Stavoren, Hindeloopen, each ~25 minutes), which were each totally worth it. Super picturesque! and some nice restaurants, too. We can highly recommend renting Marco's place if you'd like to have a restful couple of days!

The chalet is very privately located on the campsite. It is a nice thing that you can do activities on the campsite, such as the swimming pool, play paradise and restaurant with terrace. And next door can relax and chill in the chalet. For children, there is a lot of fun to do in the area, such as the sea aquarium, the climbing dune, the beach of course and the land of velvet is also highly recommended. Furthermore, it was nice that the chalet had a Chromecast, so the children could watch videos when needed. We also barbecued, which was also nice.

Everything is great. Maybe you should deduct the entrance to the swimming pool from the arrival and departure day, since you won't go to the swimming pool anymore anyway.

A beautiful place , very clean and well maintained, everything you need is there,quiet and relaxed, many opportunities for the children to play. Very friendly people ! We loved the stay,we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week as a family with teen and dog in nice weather in Makkum. With the tasteful furnishings, the beautiful colors of the house and the nice garden with terrace, we all felt very comfortable right away. The campsite also met us with its good infrastructure and beautiful location. With the house you were in the middle of it and yet private. Fleur was always easily accessible and very nice in communication! The restaurant tips were great too! Thanks for the nice time, we will be happy to come back!

We were very pleased. The cottage is clean. Located on the corner of the property. 10 minutes drive to the sea . Shopping in neighboring Lemmer or Workum. Children can go to the swimming pool with slides on site. In summer, however, you should expect a lot of mosquitoes. That's why it's best to bring enough protection against mosquitoes.

We were allowed to enjoy the Afke mobile home for 2 nights in the autumn holidays. Very clean, wonderful mattresses. There are electric heaters in all rooms, it was wonderfully warm inside. The cottage is a 3-minute walk from the restaurant, snack bar, restaurant and supermarket. The campsite is also very neat. In the restaurant it is possible to paddle and bowling. The area is beautiful for walking and cycling. We had a good time! The large playground is challenging enough for our children aged 6 and 9. There is a shed where we could store our bikes dry. There are no cleaning products, but a bottle of dishwashing detergent. There are 2 coffee makers available, one for filter coffee and a Senseo, but there is no coffee available, so bring your own coffee and tea. It is possible to get coffee from the supermarket until 12:00. Upon entering, there were some goodies on the kitchen counter, we enjoyed it. In short, great!

Overall a great stay! Host was very nice and immediately available. The home is just as described. Very clean and beautiful! Everything is fine!

Dimitri's large chalet with large terrace is very nicely furnished, spacious and well located (quiet holiday home settlement in the private harbor of Elahuizen) and is ideal for a relaxing time for two. The chalet is new, the check-in preparation was perfect and Dimitri is always striving to answer all questions and requests directly and ensure a good stay even during the stay. The area is ideal for cycling, water sports of all kinds and for excursions to the small Frisian villages in the area. Important note. Unfortunately, there are many spiders throughout the area (due to the lake location), but the chalet is comprehensively equipped with screens and everything is great inside. We'll happily come back anytime.

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation which is in a good location, close to the sea, amenities. A beautiful little corner of the country to discover. Our host was responsive and gave us clear instructions for check-in, which we found without any problems. The accommodation is well equipped.

If you want to relax and have your peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The campsite is very clean, you have a small supermarket there, the prices are great and there is also a nice restaurant. The reception is also very friendly and helpful! Wanda and Hendrik's house is very clean and very nicely furnished. As in the photos. If you had any questions, Wanda and Hendrik always responded very quickly. It really is a very nice place to relax! We will be back!

We were there with four adults and felt very comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. We also liked the area. The park was quiet and through the dunes you can walk directly to Paal17 within 20 minutes. We will be happy to come back! :-)

Very nice chalet in a quiet location on the campsite. Cozily furnished and there is everything you need. Only the children's bedroom is very compact.

Fantastic Stay in a Cozy Beach Cottage.. After a long drive we were warmly welcomed. For the kids, there was a bag of chips and ranja ready, which they could really use after the trip. Very sweet! The cottage is very neat and nicely decorated, really a wonderful place. The beach is nearby and there are also many other beaches nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

It was great all around. For small babies who crawl, it may be suboptimal, as there is a gas heater in the living room and it gets hot, of course. But of course the owners can't do anything about that and it's just good to know. The chalet is in a great location and well maintained. In summer it is definitely beautiful as it is very green,🌳 everything is easily accessible by car and the hosts always ask if everything is OK. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here. The chalet is located at the beginning of the property and in the middle of the island. For us the perfect stay to see as much of the island as possible. Communication with the host was great. Everything went very easily. Highly recommended!

The cottage is very nice with a nice terrace in front of the open doors. Lots of toys and outdoor toys for younger kids. Our children are 11 and 8 who were a little too old for it. Nice shower, good beds. It was also nice and warm inside. Everything is there, we didn't miss anything. Jurriaan was quick to respond to messages. And very nice that we were allowed to stay longer. It was a great weekend.
