The home and property were beautiful and the area was quiet. It had everything you need to feel at home. We arrived during a storm and Christy and her husband went out of their way to make sure the roads were safe before we left. I can strongly recommend staying here, and the hospitality was greatly appreciated!

This was exactly what we needed. Away but not too far away! Jamie was a wonderful host! I am also pretty picky about cleanliness and it was perfect! Additionally, I appreciated the super comfortable bed! I have herniated discs in my back so this is usually risky when we travel, but I had no issues!

me and my friends really loved this place for my birthday weekend!! everything was clean and cozy, way better than expected. such a cute spot and in the perfect location. Kelli was amazing—super friendly, quick to respond, and just really thoughtful. would 100% stay here again!!

Such a cute and peaceful place, the pictures don’t do the place justice, was much bigger than we thought and we loved the scenery. Favorite thing to do was drink our coffee on the front porch in the morning. Will definitely be using this place for future visits.

Gwen’s cabin is the perfect relaxing getaway. The cabin is well appointed with anything you may need. The outside is perfect for relaxing either at the cabin or in the pavilion. We had our two golden retrievers and they loved swimming in the lake. The trails in the woods are very well maintained and provide great short hikes which the pups enjoyed as well. We hope to go back in the future for a longer stay. Thanks Gwen for providing the photo and story album about the history of the place. We both enjoyed the story.

What an unbelievably unique experience! First and foremost, the cabin we stayed in was an amazing blend of classic cabin charm and modern amenities. The grounds were beautiful with lots of places to explore, and they even had a general store onsite! It was clean, homey, had plenty of privacy, and the hosts even offered to serve breakfast! My in-laws were so blown away, they took videos and sent them to our entire family. Highly recommend! P.S. they have the sweetest farm dog that will hang with you

My husband and I along with our cat came to town for Thanksgiving, the house was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving Dinner and having family members come to us as it was a central location. Connie was so accommodating, friendly and helpful that made our stay easy and fun. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Texarkana to see family and friends!

Amazing experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The tiny home was adorable and thoughtfully designed, stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a fantastic perk and made our stay even better! Austyn warmly welcomed us and shared the story of the land, and Will was incredibly friendly and cheerful. They were also so kind to our puppy, Mila! We’ll definitely be back.

I’m from the area and always loved this house so I was glad to stay there. It’s well done and beautiful. There was plenty of room for my family and my brother’s. It never felt crowded. Local dining was a big hit and we went to new places close to the home. The construction zone would have been nice to know about. Even though I knew exactly where the home was I still missed it due to the confusion. The driveway is very muddy and bumpy as a result of the construction. Not sure when that will end. I appreciated having plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and bathroom towels. It was nice to not have to restock those items as well. Some bulbs out and cobwebs but overall one of the cleanest places I’ve rented with vrbo. We were in town due to a family emergency and if it brings us back I hope to stay again.

Simon's home is in a peaceful tree shaded neighborhood which made me very comfortable during my stay for work. I especially liked the planked floors, the beautiful fenced in back yard (with patio furniture/charcoal grill), and overall spaciousness of the property. Unloading/loading vehicle is a breeze as your car can pull right up to the doorway. Host is friendly and immediately responsive for any questions.

As traveling tournament bass fishing anglers, we are always looking for clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodations that will also easily allow us to park four to six trucks with boat trailers. Wendy’s “barndominium” fit the bill perfectly! The heated and cooled living quarters were comfortable, clean and fully accommodated our needs. In the large garage potion of the house, the pool table, foosball table and corn hole set kept us busy in the evenings. There is even a nice TV lounge area in the garage! The pool and pool area are also very nice. And of course, there was plenty of parking. If we ever travel back to Texarkana, this AirBnB would be at the top of our list and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with four or more people. Robert J.

This was such a unique and wonderful experience. We have 4 kids ages 9-16 and stopped here on our way to Missouri. It was as cozy and spacious and fit all of us. We were able to order farm fresh breakfast directly to our door. The best thing was that we were surrounded by animals. We were able to pet their pig, cows, goats and even their barn cat. Highly recommend it!

The house was perfect for hosting a small family Thanksgiving. There are 2 living rooms and 2 small dining rooms, a large fenced yard that was perfect for traveling with dogs. There’s also a screened in back room with a ping pong table. Had the weather been warmer we would have spent more time out there.
