Large one bedroom duplex. Approximately 1100 square feet in each unit. The other side is rented to long term tenants. Large fenced back yard shared with other unit. Home is located in historic lot and block neighborhood in Texarkana, AR. Many restaurants and shopping within one to two miles. Historic downtown Texarkana is approximately 2 mi south. Spacious unit with a king sized bed with pillow top mattress in bedroom. We have washer and dryer along with full kitchen including breakfast area.

Driving a little south of Texarkana (10 miles), brings you to a lovely little lake (Lake Davis), where you will find a quiet, cozy, and peaceful place to lay your head. It's more about a down home feel rather than an upscale, ultra modern place. I welcome travelers from all over the world who bring with them a piece (peace) from their world in which to share. You will feel like you are "coming home" when you stay here!

This cozy and comfortable one bedroom, one bath rustic cabin is conveniently located on a small lake in rural Arkansas. Just a short drive to I49, then 15 minutes to Texarkana and only an hour from Shreveport, LA. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the calm lake. A private dock, with a personal paddle boat is just steps away. Guests will have access to the large stone patio, located just outside the cabin door. This newly remodeled cabin still has all of it's rustic charm.
