The building where the apartment is located is in the heart of the Lingotto/Nizza Millefonti district, just 200 meters from the CTO-Traumatology Center. The house is also very close to the rest of the Hospital Center of the City of Health and Science of Turin (Ostetrica S. Anna, Regina Margherita, Dermatologico S. Lazzaro, Molinette).

Ideally located in the heart of the historic district, close to the Porta Susa train station and next to an open air market, with cafés and restaurants. Museums are a 10 minute walk down a main pedestrian street. On the 4th floor with elevator, it consists of an ample living area with kitchen and balcony, three bedrooms (one suite) with balconies, the whole highlighting the works of our grandfather, a noted sculptor, and other artists.
