Villa vacation rentals in Tetovo

We had an amazing time with our Dalmatians. Host is really nice and friendly and his parents are really amazing. We were nicely welcomed and we felt at home. All neighbors came to congratulate us for our success on the dog shows in Mavrovo. We made new friends, we visited nice places and we had a lot of fun.

Leonid was super gracious and easy to communicate with. The location of the house is incredible, you sleep with the river sounds. The house is huge, plenty of room for everyone to get around. There are blankets, a fireplace, games, slippers, anything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also super close to all the restaurants and great place to take walks. Hugely recommend.

Le logement proposé est situé dans le petit village de Topojan accessible par une route en terre qui monte sur environ 3 km. c'est un village très sympathique au calme et au frais, idéal pour faire des randonnées ou des visites dans les villages voisins comme Shishtavec. Ce n'est pas loin de la frontière avec le Kosovo. Le logement bénéficie d'une grande chambre avec 2 grands lits et d'un salon à l'étage inférieur. C'est très joliment décoré dans un style traditionnel albanais. Il y a 2 salles de bains ( 1 par étage). Il est possible de préparer ses repas et son petit déjeuner dans une cuisine partagée avec d'autres touristes. Le logement se trouve à côté de la maison des propriétaires et notre charmante hôtesse ( la maman d'Ardita) peut également préparer petit déjeuner et repas sur demande ( la cuisine est excellente). Ardita parle français et a toujours été très réactive à nos questions. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement plein de charme et y retournerons volontiers .

Beautiful house, you couldn't ask for anything better. There were 6 of us with a small baby, we communicated with Nataša via messages and she was very quick to respond. If you are coming by car or taxi, this house is a great choice and is fully equipped.

Our two families enjoyed our stay at Villa Kupenica a lot. The host family was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is surrounded by calm farms and vineyards, so it is easy to relax in the yard, chill by the pool or have a barbecue in the evening just listening to birds and crickets. The kitchen and house itself were well equipped, the beds comfy and the wifi connection worked well enough so that we could plan some excursions. The town of Kumanovo is only 15 minutes away by car and we made trips to Skopje and lake Matka, which are also close enough. The villa had plenty of room for our bunch of 4 adults and 3 children and in spite of the very hot summer days, the house fortunately cooled down during the nights even without air-conditioning. We warmly recommend this place for you if you're visiting North-Macedonia. Please note that reaching the place for the first time can be tricky because the street names are not marked, but once you're there it's easy to get situated.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Es gab Privatsphäre und man konnte sich gut entspannen. Die Terrasse sowie der Garten und der Pool waren wunderschön. Leider war es nicht sauber in der Unterkunft. Die Badezimmer waren verdreckt und nicht gereinigt. Es befanden sich teilweise noch benutzte Handtücher in den Bädern sowie Abfall sowohl im Innen- als auch Außenbereich. Während unseres Aufenthalts war ein unangenehmer Geruch sowohl innen als auch draußen auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Wir entschieden uns nicht in der Unterkunft zu übernachten, sondern nutzen bis in den Abend nur den Außenbereich für unser geplantes Fest.

Kurban bayramı tarihlerinde konakladık, ilk günden son güne kadar her anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Temizliği, sessizliği, havuzu, barbekü alanı, çardakları vs. Arabamız olduğu için hiç zorlanmadık, güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev sahibi Zlatko çok iyi bir ev sahibi, her şeyi tas tamam hazırlamıştı bu yüzden çıkana kadar arama gereği bile duymadık 😊

Great place to visit, with the best hosts who do their best to make the visit as pleasurable as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

Wat een prachtige zicht op de bergen, weg van de drukte en genieten van de rust en de stilte van de natuur. Erdon is een zeer beleefde vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie Wij raden dit prachtig huis aan en komen zelf ook terug.

Sehr schöne Villa. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Alles stilvoll eingerichtet. Nette empfangsdame. Nur schade, es hatte nicht viel warm wasser um den whirpool zu füllen. War zu kalt um es zu benutzen. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden

房子很大，很干净，有独立的院子，车可以停在院子里面，唯一不好的就是卧室没有空调，睡觉会很热，我们只好睡沙发

The house was beautiful from the outside and inside. The hose was great he helped us out with everything he even brought some groceries we asked for. I would recommend to visit this incredible place

Its a great vila right in the midst of nature. A unique experience as you can enjoy a view of the whole lake surrounded by mountains. Has a cozy restaurant nearby that also conveniently does deliveries to the house. Alexandar kindly escorted us to the vila and provided clear instructions for everything.
