A beautiful house deep in the Medina. Clean, nicely decorated, and with an exceptional roof terrace! Jonathan is an excellent host in every way! Friendly, great communication from the beginning, proactive, and always ready to help. A great value and we would not hesitate to stay again if we had the opportunity.

Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

The location is very nice, a very large spacious building with lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and Fatima responded very quickly and helpfully to texts or emails.

We had a great two-day stay in this beautiful villa. The place is spacious, very well maintained, and really ideal for relaxing. The pool is superb, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peaceful setting. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to fully rest. Everything was as described, or even better. I had a wonderful stay at Fatima Zahra's place. Oussama and Ismael were wonderful hosts, who made me feel right at home. They allowed me to check in early on the day of my arrival and remained responsive and welcoming throughout my visit. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and it is perfectly situated, on the outskirts of Tetouan's Ensanche and an easy 10-minute walk to the city center. I got around everywhere by foot. I would definitely return to this place in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I can only recommend this place! The villa is beautiful and well maintained. A big thank you to Driss, who is responsive and adorable, always ready to meet our needs. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes from Fnideq and 15 minutes from Tetouan or M'diq, which makes excursions very easy. An experience to be repeated, I'll be happy to come back!

The studio is a pipette, clean and modern, wifi, TV with all channels like Netflix, impeccable Italian shower. The first time, we find a stocked kitchen. The owners are super welcoming. No noise. 5 minutes from the Tetouan Corniche and 15 minutes from Martil Beach. Between the 2 cities it's taking it's crossing a nice boulevard of 15km. I prefer to stay in Tetouan and go swimming in Martil than rent

Marwan's place was beautiful, restaurants, beach, everything is walking distance, super clean, easy to access. Stunning views of Cabo Negro and its surroundings. Marwan is a great host!!

Omar is a very kind, attentive and helpful host. Quick answers whenever we needed anything! The apartment was big and clean, the only thing was missing, there was no tea or coffee in the apartment, as well no shower accessories but we had some with us.

The condo itself was spotless — everything was super clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. What made the experience even better was the host: very professional, always responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tetouan!

We had a pleasant stay at Khouloud's. The accommodation is located in a peaceful, quiet and safe place with lots of restaurants in the area. I highly recommend it.

Great stay, clean house and amazing big pool

This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!
