"A charming two bedroom holiday cottage converted from a hayloft, suitable for four people" Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this two bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed and two single divan beds. The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for four people, a television and log burner. Upstairs is a separate snug with corner sofa, CD player, books and board games - ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. An outside table and four chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining. The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to each holiday. Please refer to the cleaning and sanitisation pageon our website for more information. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking. Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles is available. Location is great, in a quiet area of the caravan site and 5 minute walk to the club house/pool etc. lots for everyone to do on site. Great parks for the kids. Friendly staff and the site is very clean. Location of the site is perfect, 15 minute walk into Withernsea centre along the sea front. Although new to Arbnb the caravan has reviews. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay

Booked this for my partners birthday, we had the most amazing stay, everything was exactly like the pictures, Lucy was very welcoming and was very friendly! We had the most beautiful stay and we will definitely be booking again!! There is an amazing restaurant just down the road called the gatsby, we had food and drinks here food was delicious and service was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a special day, had a lovely homely feel!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, truly didn't want to leave, hostess was excellent and the place was absolutely spotless, the welcome basket was an amazing addition, the location was beautiful and couldn't fault a single thing, hot tub was incredible, hopefully will be back to stay again next year!

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!
