The apartment is located in an idyllic, quiet location on the edge of one of the most beautiful villages on the Eiderstedt peninsula: the Wasserkoog, directly on the old sea dike. In the south, the garden with old trees borders directly on the "Altneukooger" Sielzug (a picturesque watercourse) and offers a beautiful view over the Eiderstädt landscape and expanse. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this seaside apartment, the Nordstrandnixe is located over land.

In the impressive apartment of the listed residential and commercial building, a partial area has been converted into a duplex. This exceptional apartment with the stairs inside the living room is sunny. The bedroom is in the attic. The magnificent shower room is well ventilated with a high window. The unusually large kitchen has a seating area and an exit to the balcony. Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer!

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

My wooden house is located in Kating - "Island of Peace" - near St. Peter - Ording. Danish wooden houses, forest, water, Wadden Sea... With e-bikes on old dikes and paths at the old Schankwirtschaft Wilhelm Andresen, drink eggnog and continue to the Eider Barrage - Germany's largest hydraulic structure, where guests from all over the world meet and refresh themselves with coffee, cake and fish rolls.

Drage is a very quiet and family-friendly 600 soul village and has a swimming spot right on the Eider for fresh cooling in summer. The North and Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car or via beautiful surrounding bike paths. The FW has seating in the garden, as well as a TV and numerous games for shooting weather days.
