Perfect for one person—with its own entrance, one bedroom, two walk-through rooms to get settled and feel right at home, as well as a small bathroom with a shower. A guest bed can be provided on request. The location is excellent: green, quiet, and very convenient to the market square and train station (600 m or 7 minutes on foot). Our small apartment is for people without demands. (e.g. no dishwasher & freezer) It is on our property in the extension with its own entrance & terrace, which is fenced. If you are looking for solitude, this is the wrong place, as our path leads past the terrace. You are rarely alone. Dogs are as welcome as children. Attention: we have two Hovawarts. Oldenswort is a good starting point for excursions. ‼️Due to the expansion of the B there is a lot of traffic‼️

Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
