Mauro's recently renovated house is located in the historic center of Moncalieri and offers comfort and proximity to Turin. The apartment can be reached by train, bus and car (10 minutes on foot from the station, 5 minutes from the bus stops). Free parking is available nearby, and a 5-minute walk away there is a paid indoor parking lot. The house is 300 meters from the hospital in Moncalieri. It is perfect for taking walks in the hills and discovering villages and wineries in the Langhe and Roero.

La Perla, near hospitals, the Lingotto Fiere convention center, and the metro

La Perla is a charming two-room apartment on the fourth floor of a quiet building with an elevator. The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished with care. The building where the apartment is located is in the heart of the Lingotto/Nizza Millefonti district, just 200 meters from the CTO-Traumatology Center. The house is also very close to the rest of the Hospital Center of the City of Health and Science of Turin (Ostetrica S. Anna, Regina Margherita, Dermatologico S. Lazzaro, Molinette).

Welcome to the Rifugio Sospeso, a corner of tranquility and comfort surrounded by greenery, in a strategic position: a few minutes from the highway exit and close to the center of Turin. The accommodation, with an independent entrance and parking within the property, offers privacy and practicality. Inside, you will find a warm and welcoming environment, characterized by exposed wooden beams and seven windows that fill the room with natural light throughout the day. Peace, comfort and magic 💕💕

Splendid apartment in a fine Art Deco building of the 1920s. Ideally located in the heart of the historic district, close to the Porta Susa train station and next to an open air market, with cafés and restaurants. Museums are a 10 minute walk down a main pedestrian street. On the 4th floor with elevator, it consists of an ample living area with kitchen and balcony, three bedrooms (one suite) with balconies, the whole highlighting the works of our grandfather, a noted sculptor, and other artists.

Comodo per i mezzi pubblici ed il Centro Città. Con una passeggiata lungo le rive del Po si può arrivare anche a piedi in piazza San Carlo, piazza Castello e piazza Vittorio.
