Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tertenia

Upon arrival, we were only startled at how close the apartment is to the neighbors (in the hotel next door was just leaving), but we were alone in the house and were thus able to enjoy the peace and use the large garden. We were also delighted with the cat visits. The bike path to the beach is super pleasant and a rarity in Sardinia. Also within walking distance of restaurants was very pleasant. We fell in love with the Spiaggia Di Su Sirboni and also visited the restaurant with sea view on the way. The mosquito windows were important, the microwave convenient, everything worked. Despite the simple decor, we didn't miss anything. Communication was also easy and friendly. We would come back!

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Paolo is a great host. Very attentive and gave us great directions for visiting places of interest. The house is very nice and spacious. Corresponds to the description.

we stayed for 1 week in this fine very well-kept + cozy accommodation with wonderful views of the Costa Rei. There was nothing lacking, the communication with Paolo was great and he was always available for tips + advice, also the flexible check-out was great. The place itself is suitable for pure beach holidays (by car), the rather sparse gastronomy on site with 'plenty of air up' does not change anything about a really nice accommodation that has created a very pleasant experience for us. Clear recommendation for a few quiet relaxing days, everything is great.

Super house with pool (large and deep). This is actually rather cool in October as it is unheated and therefore only partially usable "unfortunately". Furnishings are of very high quality and everything is available. The house is situated off the beaten track and can be reached by a dirt road. In the village, about 10-15 minutes on foot, you will find everything such as a restaurant, small shop, bar, etc. The beach is about 25 minutes or 5 minutes by car. In the bathroom, it has only a small shower but outdoors there are two. One by the pool and one by the house :-). Thanks to Luisanna, Mattia & Michela we were able to enjoy our vacation with you. The charging station at the house only charges with 2-3 kW, but nearby you can find good and fast charging stations for electric cars if you need this.

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. Had a great stay at Maria's home. Peaceful and quiet and Maria was a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

The view was awesome and perfect for sunrise! Agnese is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

We liked the accommodation in Santa Maria Navarrese very much, especially the roof terrace was an absolute highlight. It is large, nicely shaded and offers a great view of the sea. We enjoyed having every meal outdoors there. The location is ideal to explore the region around Baunei, and both the restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The communication with the landlords was via a common messenger service, was friendly, efficient and even in German. The fact that an ice-cooled Ichnusa was waiting for us as a welcome gift in the fridge was great – we felt immediately welcome!

I was Maria's guest with my family and we were all very satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Great location for visiting the many beaches of Ogliastra, minutes away by car. Cozy and cool apartment thanks to the sheltered location. Maria and her family gave us lots of tips (places to visit, festivals of the period, restaurants) making us feel really guests. Really recommended!!

Franco was a wonderful and very helpful host. When we had a flat with our car I was so happy for franco to help us get in touch and communicate with the local mechanic. We spent out week to go to the many beautiful climbing spots and franco's place wa the perfect base to return to and cook and relax. Thank you for the nice time

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Excellent hospitality. Beautiful home in the middle of the countryside. Hosts are extremely welcoming. They live on the property and are available at short notice should you need anything.

We were very warmly welcomed with pastries and delicacies from the garden. We felt very comfortable, Pierpaolo was always available for questions. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were great and the cottage is very comfortably furnished. Approximately 25 minutes walk we found a very nice beach. Thanks so much for having us :-)

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cabin. It's quite rustic, even a little spartan, but it had everything we needed and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Contrary to what some people were saying, we didn't find the last stretch of road a problem. It's easily navigable by any regular car, and the remote nature of the place is precisely what makes it great.

Michele welcomed us and was very friendly, giving us lots of recommendations. The house is beautifully decorated, very cozy. We had a lovely stay, thanks for having us!

A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!

Luciano and his family were always very kind and helpful, the house is in a great location close to the beautiful beaches in the area. Great for families.

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!
