Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tertenia

Very nice place to stay and garden, same as pics. We felt right at home. It's rural, quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The garden is just a dream, the Hollywood swing was my absolute favorite place. The grill was also great and the facilities great, it had everything you needed. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sofa in it. It was a little cool in the evening and we had to go in, so we could only sit at the table. But the space for a sofa is also not really there. But that was just a small thing. We enjoyed the stay very much, it is a very cute cottage and we highly recommend the stay.

Truly a hidden jem of Airbnb. From the first picture I new we need to stay there. House has an amazing terrace and a roof top, views are stunning 🤩 Elias is a great host, met us in front of the house and was very helpful Definitely would return here once more!

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

Good stay, The apartment must be very nice in the middle of summer! We lacked a little natural light, which is sought after when it's very hot.

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

We liked the accommodation very much, accurate, as in the description. Well-equipped with extra gadgets, such as beach gear. It is in a quiet location where frogs will give you a good night and wake you up with the crowing of a rooster. Antonella is very prompt and cheerful, always willing to help. Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

This place is an absolute insider tip! The location right by the sea is unbeatable – every evening we could enjoy spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: everything is modern, lovingly decorated and very well maintained. We would like to highlight the hosts Taty and Luca – incredibly warm, helpful and always with great tips about the area. Whether restaurants, excursions or hidden beaches – we discovered so much thanks to their recommendations! A place to feel good and relax. We will definitely be back!

This was the nicest place we booked in Sardinia! A bit more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to have stayed longer! Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed at the accommodation for 5 days and we felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and we especially enjoyed the terrace with the great view in the morning and evening. We highly recommend it. The place is also perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We thought it was nice that it wasn't such a typical tourist spot, but real and original. In a few minutes, you can get from the apartment to restaurants, a grocery store, the harbor, etc.

We felt super comfortable at Federica's place. The house and its furnishings are a dream! The location is perfect, especially the view of the beach Cala Moresca is always worth it (also for the sunrise). Outside you are visited by sweet cats and early in the morning there were even a few grumpy sheep in front of our door. There was always a parking space available, supermarkets, restaurants and the like are easily accessible by car. We would always come back! 😊

We traveled with 2 children (10 / 15). The apartment is perfect for 4 people, is very lovingly decorated and has all the amenities you are used to from home and usually do not find in vacation apartments. In the nearby area (quickly accessible by car) are some very beautiful beaches. Dee helped us quickly and easily with various questions and we felt very comfortable. It's quite possible that we'll stop by again. Thanks a lot!
