Vacation rentals with a patio in Terry Peak

We were in town for the State Wrestling Tournament and really just need a place to sleep.....(Location-Location-Location).....Less than 1 Mile from the Monument event center. After each night got to park at our loft (free on street parking from 5pm to 8am) which worked great for us we were gone 8am to 8 pm most days and after a long day you are in walking distance of local eating establishments. The thing that stood out to me the most was the kitchen area (we just remodeled at home and felt the same very nice) even though the only thing I used was the island to do my computer work. she has coffee there but if you don't want the hassle or time to make your own their is a coffee shop about 20 foot away from the front door of your loft. (to get that specialty coffee fix) All in All I would say Marci is a great host and I will use her loft again if she would have us. Thanks Again

James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay for a night here. The place was absolutely fantastic for what it was worth. I FaceTimed my mother and she even loved it. On the way there it was a bit confusing but that’s on us! Kathy gave clear instructions on how to get there and check in. She was super welcoming and helpful soon as we arrived. Kathy is a great host and we’d be looked forward to stay again sometime in the future!

The price was so good in this place that we figured there would be a catch, but we were wrong. This was by far the best Airbnb that we have ever booked! It was absolutely the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We loved the extras like the gym, game room, and in-unit washer and dryer. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The bed was quite comfortable, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. We would love to stay here again next time we visit the Black Hills!

Best place ever. Great place to stay. Kitchen well stocked probably better than your own home. Nice clean and very comfortable. Good location.

My husband and I live in South Dakota but wanted a getaway, this was the perfect spot. The house was cute and spacious and it had everything we needed. The only small problem was keeping the downstairs warm. It got very cold very fast so it wasn’t running when we got there, so it was pretty cold. Also, you 100% need 4 wheel drive if you’re coming during the snowy time, my husband almost couldn’t make it with his car. Everything was great and we will stay again.

Beautiful home and area. Quick trips to Sturgis, Deadwood and our favorite, Spearfish Canyon. A bit more of a drive to Mt. Rushmore and Custer, but doable. The King beds are amazing and comfortable. Lots of space and well stocked place.

Ashley was very responsive and friendly, she described everything wonderfully and the rooms were cozy!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The views were pleasant and it was a Quick drives to local attractions! The hot tub was a nice perk for ending your evening. I can’t speak for the other beds but the Master Bedroom bed didn’t work well for my husband’s back. Leo communicated well with us and left very clear instructions. If you looking for something that’s family oriented this is the home for you!

beautiful location and lodg. it was perfect for our family to stay 2 bedrooms and baths. we spent the days at different attractions and then came home to a nice little space. no a/c, but it was always cool in the evening, so it was perfect. hot tubs were a great way to end the day. we stayed over the week of the 4th. it was just perfect.

This was the perfect place for me and the family while we skied at Terry Peak. Everyone had a comfy clean bed, amenities were great, and we loved hanging out in the hot tub every night! Braden was very responsive and informative. We'd definitely come back if we have the opportunity!

Our stay at the Hillside Hideaway was absolutely amazing! The place was so beautiful and spacious, it felt like our own little slice of heaven. Trista’s decorating skills are incredible - it really felt like home for four whole days. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

short walk to the ski lift and got to relax in the pool, hot tub and sauna! would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Perfect location for our stay and the room was clean. Easy access with the lock on the door and had everything we needed inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, cups, appliances, and the bathroom shower was roomy and clean. The room was a little small for 2 people and our archery gear, and we went in the summer, so it was hot, even with the fans. I didn't look to see if there was A/C, so that was my fault. The bed was comfortable! There was a TV in the living room and bedroom, which was nice, even though we didn't use them, and the internet was quick and easy to connect to. It was a little noisy with kids running around upstairs and we being on the first floor, but by bed-time it got quiet. You can see the ski lodge from the room and it takes about 5 minutes to walk there! We would stay again, but maybe on an upper unit.

Great place to stay, especially if you are skiing at Terry Peak. We enjoyed how close it was to the lodges. Very easy check-in and checkout. Clean space with very comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Great option for those heading to Terry Peak to ski/snowboard or if you’re just looking for a place within reasonable distance to Deadwood. Would stay here again!
