House vacation rentals in Terry Peak

We loved the layout of the house and the area. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive whenever I had questions. The hot tub was clean and nice after long days of hiking. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends or anyone that was planning a trip to the area.

Absolutely beautiful home and perfect for oir group of 4 couples. Tracy is an awesome host who truly cares and provides excellent value in a rental. We'll be back!

We lucked out getting a great deal on this beautiful home in Powderhouse Pass! Close to Terry Peak ski area & also a short drive to Lead & Deadwood - there was never a lack of things for our families to do! The home itself is in a very nice, newer area. Lots of room for guests with large attached garage for those snowy days. The host was very quick to respond to all questions we had. There is a welcome book inside the home with lots of excellent information on the area & things to do. If you're someone who gets chilled easy, bring extra blankets (or take one of the upstairs bedrooms), as the (2) main floor bedrooms tend to be chilly at night (esp if the external temp is zero or below). We weren't able to utilize the community room/pool - although we attempted, there was a note on the door stating the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We had checked the developments website prior to arrival & this was not mentioned anywhere. We would definitely recommend Trinity & her home!!

We booked the cabin for our annual family ski trip! We loved the space and loved that we could bring our furry friend! The home was just as described. We enjoyed the hot tub! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in garage! What a wonderful location, will definitely book again.

This was a beautiful cabin very close to Lead and Deadwood. It was off of a main road so it was mostly quiet. Not a lot of parking space but it worked well for vehicles with trailers. Easy check in with lockbox. The home was clean and looks just like the photos. Very spacious living area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook/prepare meals. Neat decor made the cabin fit right in to the area. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The basement got quite chilly in the evenings and nights. We really enjoyed using the hot tub. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on location. We had great communication with the Renter. She always responded quicky. We were very thankful they let us extend our stay by 2 days when we decided to stay longer. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The Kickback Shack was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to ride snowmobiles. House was super nice and love the location - easy access to trails, restaurants and town. Highly recommended!

This beautiful home was perfect for our larger group! It had ample space to hang out and relax and we especially loved the spacious and numerous bathrooms that were very helpful as our group was getting ready for our nights out. The host was very friendly and all things about the home and experience exceeded our expectations. We would glad stay here again anytime we’re visit the Black Hills and I’d highly recommend this home for anyone looking to visit with a larger group!

We had 8 in our group the house fit us perfect. So quaint and relaxing. Dan is very responsive and very knowledgeable of the town. We would defiantly stay again

8am check in was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We unpacked, got settled then offloaded the bikes and started our vacation after our drive out from Eastern, PA. My parents arrived before us and had some trouble getting in. I messaged Ron and it wasn't long until he was there to assist them. This is probably the BEST stocked rental I have stayed in. The property accomodated our party of 6 perfectly. There was plenty of room for 3 trucks with trailers. The garage had plenty of room for 2 full dressers and a TriGlide. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do during our stay, Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower, Custer State Park, Needles Hwy, Iron Mountain Road, The Badlands... I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Best place ever. Great place to stay. Kitchen well stocked probably better than your own home. Nice clean and very comfortable. Good location.

We had a problem that was out of the host's control. They did everything in their power to try and resolve the issue. I appreciated the promptness and effort to try to get the issue resolved. They were amazing to work with!

Tom’s place is amazing, went there for Sturgis motorcycle rally but wanted to get away also. Beautiful scenery, wildlife all around and a beautiful house. Tom is very responsive and makes sure you get settled in. Definitely a place for the whole family. Thanks Tom for sharing your place with us, we had a great stay there. Joe

This house is great, very open and spacious! Plus it’s in a perfect location. It’s a very quite neighborhood, we even saw deer most every evening! The air hockey and ping pong were a hit with everyone! We would stay at Eric’s place again!

What a Beautiful Home! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was 9 in our group and we had plenty of space. This home really has it all. It sets in such a beautiful area. The multi level deck is so nice and offers 3 different sitting areas to enjoy. The lower level of the home is wonderful!! The game room and movie room was really nice. We would love to make a return visit. Don't pass this one up! 😉

Charlie had a water softener break in the house that we booked. He was very proactive, he asked if we could move us kitty corner across the street to the home it’s a 5 bedroom, three bath as well. That house was a pleasant surprise. Very beautiful and comfortable. All our needs were met very well. We will be extremely happy to book with Charlie anytime we are in the area. Charlie is VERY responsive and proactive.

This cabin was so cute and clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful.

Alissa’s home was warm and welcoming. It was clean and had several personal touches (such as extra pillows and blankets) to help us enjoy our stay. When we arrived from our long road trip, we were greeted with her cool air conditioned house, which was welcoming as it was a very hot day. We were thrilled with the location because it was close to our Rapid City adventures. Our two grandboys (8 years & 5 years) were excited for the several great play options outdoors (backyard) as well indoors in the large playroom. Our interactions with Alissa were pleasant and respectful. When we needed something, she took care of it quickly. We found her listing to be more than accurate and would stay there again, if the opportunity was available

amazing home. The hot tub was awesome. enjoyed the deck , BBQ grille, great parking. the A/C was pleasant. the perfect place for 8 adults to enjoy the weekend. I prefer staying in LEAD over Deadwood. super short drive to old historic Deadwood. Cortnee was super communicative and offered up info and made sure we had everything we needed. super clear requests and expectations of guests. Definitely reccommend!

Marco was a great host. The house was the perfect location to town. The house was very well set up with everything you need, was spacious and had all the normal things you might need. Master bedroom and pillows were so comfortable. Worth it to stay here. Come try this great cozy abode!

We had a great experience with the host and the house was beautiful and full of beautiful antiques. My friends and I were all comfortable with our rooms and the bathrooms were great. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our new years eve and breakfast the next morning.
