The home is conveniently located 2 miles from state hwy 20 which is a gateway to an array of thrilling experiences. You’re only 1.5 hours away from Island Park, Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, West Yellowstone, and only 20 minutes from the St. Anthony Sand Dunes.

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this tastefully decorated 2BR 1950’s home, with downtown Idaho Falls and the airport only ten minutes away. While sharing just one wall with our adjoining home, you will have a completely separate space, with convenient lockbox access. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the spacious kitchen, and you might notice some of our hens wandering the backyard. Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons are less than two hours away!

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
