The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Apartment located on the first floor of the Résidence Surl'Anse. Well ventilated with beautiful sea view. The studio is not air-conditioned but equipped with a ceiling fan. Surl'Anse offers the Ocean studio, the Savane studio and the private Îlet room equipped with air conditioning. The place is super quiet. Kitchen, shower room, 140 cm bed, Wi-Fi access... Hammocks on terrace overlooking Grande Anse beach, not allowed for swimming... Ideal for unwinding...

The large independent studio is located at the entrance to the house. It has a beautiful 20 m2 covered terrace with splendid views of the Bay of Terre de Haut. The kitchen is fully equipped with views as well, as is the large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for a child. Beautiful view of the Pain de Sucre from your bed! You will access the spacious pool common to the three apartments by stairs.
