Erwan and Joëlle are lovely hosts and offer good advice. The house is in the heart of quiet nature, very well furnished, good bedding. Close to amenities... no complaints, except that we should have stayed longer😉!

We rented all 5 homes, to several families with children, it was just great! The common area is perfect for meeting and each home offers all the amenities and a pleasant and secluded space! Perfect for getting the kids to sleep! Patrick and Marina are excellent hosts, very caring (thank you for the planter and the accras!!!) Recommended +++

Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super nice villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we didn't miss anything. Possibility to walk to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again. Indeed this is the second time we have rented this Villa and it is always with as much pleasure as we were able to enjoy all the amenities that Lionel offers. We stayed in this house for three weeks with nine adults and two young children. It is part of a bigger development of vacation homes. It is located at the edge of the development, facing away from the other homes. We enjoyed the house and its grounds. It felt private. The layout is good. The house was built only a few years ago and it feels modern. We cooked meals in its kitchen every day and it worked out well. Parking worked well for three cars. The open concept of the kitchen, living room and patio allowed our extended family to socialize well. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is conveniently located and professionally maintained. The ping-pong table provided a lot of fun for our group. There is a restaurant on the premises run by the owners. We ate dinner there one evening and enjoyed it. The house is centrally located on Guadeloupe. It is quick and easy to get onto the Traverse and only 20 minutes from the airport. The big Carrefour is only 15 minutes away.

The villa is very large, plenty of room for anybody. Beautiful terrace and infinity pool for lounging. Room with air conditioning, making the stay very pleasant. Sophie was very kind and gave us some great information for check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Saintes! The villa is beautiful, with breathtaking views. Everything was comfortable and perfectly thought out. A big thank you to the hosts for their kindness and responsiveness. We have great memories and will definitely be back. Gary

Well-located villa to shine on Guadeloupe with a beautiful beach a few meters away with direct access. The pool and air conditioning in bedrooms are real assets. Lawrence gave us valuable tips on what to do.

Beautiful villa totally true to the listing photos. The ocean view is breathtaking. It was a perfect stay. As well as being friendly, Pierre-Alain was very available and responsive and all without being intrusive. Thank you to him for making our stay so enjoyable. Accustomed to trips to Guadeloupe, I'll be back!

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in every way. The house was a perfect base camp for exploring Guadeloupe! Our group of 8 (grandparents, parents, teens, children) greatly appreciated the large spaces offered by the house and its many amenities. We highly recommend it!

villa perfectly matching the description, in a peaceful cul-de-sac. the small beach 10 min walk at the end of the cul-de-sac is very nice! Maryline was very welcoming, and flexible on check-in and check-out times. She had even planned a snack for the evening of our arrival and breakfast. Thanks for your attention! the villa was located near Ste Anne, Le Gosier, and ideally located for visiting the island. I would recommend this villa!

We liked the place, nice location and very clean. There was nothing missing. We were very satisfied.

Beautiful house, well decorated very clean, ultra equipped with a beautiful pool and very close to the beautiful Bois Jolan beach (max 5 minutes by car). Toys, books, beach toys for the kids, and pool towels provided. We'll be back. Only downside currently: major construction work nearby (waking up some days at 6am). Mathieu and Magali are however very accommodating with regard to the work and offer either compensation or cancellation of the stay.

I had an exceptional time in this villa which is really amazing ( size of the house, size of the grounds and pool) everything was spotless when I arrived, there is nothing missing to have a great stay. It feels like home... moreover Super U 3 min away... A big thank you to Agnes for this great accommodation and also to Celine who was available at any time. I recommend it 200%
