Rosanna ist eine wirklich gute und herzliche Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt am wunderschönen Strand.2 ganz tolle Terrassen.Nur Samstag Disco im Nachbarhotel, leider laut.Sonst wirklich empfehlenswert. tolle Ausflugsziele.

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Salvatore! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie lag nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, obwohl sich eine Hauptstraße in der Nähe befindet. Wir haben uns dort jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Daniela, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Sie hatte sogar den Kühlschrank mit ein paar grundlegenden Lebensmitteln für uns gefüllt – eine wirklich schöne Geste, die unseren Start noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch der frühe Check-in und der spätere Check-out waren problemlos möglich – sehr entgegenkommend und entspannt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Daniela, Salvatore und das gesamte Team!

Een stukje paradijs in Sicilië! Een heerlijk huisje om uit te rusten na allerlei leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Het zwembad en het fenomenale zicht waren fantastisch, net zoals het bezoek van de kat & de schattige ezeltjes. Ute reageerde snel & was heel erg behulpzaam, alle restaurants die ze aanraad zijn een echte must! Als we nog eens terugkomen, zouden we niet twijfelen om hier terug te verblijven. Ute & haar huisje kregen meer sterren indien het kon!

We had a fantastic stay in Chiara's place, it is so well stocked with useful things, the view from the terrace is amazing and there was lots of outdoor space for our children to explore. The beaches were so close by which was very convenient. Scopello is easy access by car but if you don't have a car this would be much more challenging as it is uphill. Chiara was very responsive if we had any questions and gave us lots of good recommendations. Thank you so much, we loved it!

Sehr sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns nach der Ankunft direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Massage war ein Traum und Valentina hat alles möglich gemacht, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas gebraucht hatten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch durch die Lage, den großen, schönen Garten und die Wellnessmöglichkeiten, sodass wir auch mit Baby einen wundervollen, erholsamen Urlaub genießen konnten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Roberta‘s Wohnung sehr gut gefallen: Luigi hat uns den Check-in sehr flexibel ermöglicht und auch beim Parken unseres Autos sehr pragmatisch geholfen. Roberta‘s Wohnung ist wunderschön: alles ist gut durchdacht und hochwertig ausgestattet. Gleichzeitig war alles gemütlich und wohnlich. Sehr, sehr schön! Wir hatten gebucht, ohne uns in Palermo auszukennen und dort festgestellt, daß die Wohnung sehr günstig liegt, um Tagestouren in die Stadt zu unternehmen: Bus 101 und 102 halten vor der Haustür und brauchen etwa 15 min bis ins Zentrum der Altstadt. Das Haus liegt zentral in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend: Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Umgebung. Luigi hat uns auch den Check-out wieder sehr flexibel ermöglicht, nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank hierfür. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Roberta‘s Wohnung und Palermo sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!!

The apartment was wonderful, even nicer than the pictures and was so great to relax in after long days of exploring Palermo. The location was perfect just away from the crowded streets but central enough to walk every where including the station. It’s in a lovely square with a great bar and friendly staff that we enjoyed going to everyday! There is loud music from the bar until late in the evenings on fri & sat only but this wasn’t a surprise to us as other guests had mentioned it and it didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay. Amazing view from the large balcony and in a really good area of town. The Airbnb was well equipped and even though it was in a very central location it was quiet at night. Antonio was a great host and super responsive. If we were in Palermo again, we’d happily stay here.

Lovely place right on the water with wonderful view of Mondello and the bay. 5 minute walking distance to the main square of Mondello. Cesare was a great host and point of contact during our time there. Would definitely consider staying again!

Flavia è una host fantastica. L'alloggio è in una posizione semplicemente PERFETTA. Sconsiglio di trovare soluzioni più economiche in posizioni diverse perchè da questo alloggio si raggiungono tutte le principali mete con una piacevole passeggiata. La casa è comoda, pulita e accogliente. La zona è molto vivace per belle serate ma può esserci qualche fastidio se si va a dormire prima di mezzanotte, ma le camere da letto sono abbastanza tranquille. Abbiamo avuto un problema di natura personale durante l'alloggio e Flavia si è dimostrata comprensiva e subito ci è venuta incontro aiutandoci!! E questo conta più di qualsiasi altra cosa, perchè gli imprevisti in vacanza accadono e avere una persona di riferimento pronta ad aiutare è fondamentale. Grazie!!!

Superbe maison avec une vue magnifique et un terrain arboré de fruitiers. La maison est également très bien équipée pour des enfants en bas âge ! Merci a Francesca pour sa gentillesse sa flexibilité et son accueil !

Five stars are hardly enough! Our stay at Rosario’s place was absolutely wonderful – not just because of the lovely and well-kept accommodation, but especially thanks to Rosario himself. From the very beginning, communication was warm and easy, and upon arrival, Rosario welcomed us with genuine kindness and a wealth of helpful local tips. He showed us places we never would have discovered on our own! For example we ate the best Pizza in our lifes because of his recommendation. What truly stood out was how incredibly attentive and caring he was throughout our stay. We could reach out to him anytime with questions or needs, and he checked in with us every single day to make sure everything was going well. As a special and unexpected gesture, he even drove us to the train station on our departure day – something we deeply appreciated. Rosario is a host with a big heart, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay special!

Rosellina’s property is truly magical! I cannot say enough positive things about it. Rosellina and her husband are absolutely wonderful and we were welcomed with a delicious lunch and thoughtful treats and touches. This is such a loved and authentic home in one of the most breathtaking locations. We spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling. The neighbours are their relatives and very friendly and welcoming. It was delightful. It is true that pictures simply can’t do it justice. They have everything you will need and it is was very well-kept, clean, and organised. The mosquitos in Sicily are not to be underestimated! They supply everything you will need though which was very considerate. There are stairs down to the house which was not an issue for us at all and nice because you don’t get any road noise. Parking is off the main road so you’ll need to get comfortable with Sicilian driving! It is more than worth it. You will be lucky if you can be Rosellina’s guests!

We spent a week in October in beautiful sunshine. We loved the personal family nature of this house. Beautiful stylish and creative decor. Idyllic location for privacy with the most gorgeous terrace. We swam off the rocks with snorkels to see some colourful fish. Nearby San Vito lo Cappo was great for food, sandy beach and shops. A perfect holiday!

We had an amazing time at Giacoma & Carlo’s villa. Everything was as the pictures in the listing and the view of both the mountains and the sea was perfect from the terrace. Giacoma & Carlo was super responsive whenever we had a question and helped make our stay perfect.

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

Francesco was easy to communicate with. The house is as described, very clean, with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach. We thought it was a great location enjoying both the beach and the restaurant at the bottom of the garden. It was our favourite spot on the north west side of Sicily.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar, und die Lage ist sehr privat und ruhig. Giuseppe hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen und war stets gut erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, einzig ein paar Töpfe waren noch schmierig. Vor dem Haus ist eine sehr befahrene Brücke, die tagsüber etwas lärm macht, das stört aber nicht weiter. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Clean, spacious home right on the beach. Host and his property manager are friendly and helpful. We visited in the first week of May 2025. Rear of the house is sandy beach and famous San vito lo capo beach and its clear waters. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Few restaurants are within walking distance and if you drive good supermarkets options with 5 min drive. Outdoor shower and tap works. All appliances in kitchen available.

Incroyable séjour, le jacuzzi a l’extérieur avec la super belle vue est indescriptible ! Endroit apaisant, ou l’on ne pense plus a rien. Une coupure qui fait beaucoup de bien ! Merci Daniela !
