At the back of the property, you can enjoy the Três Pinheiros River and also enjoy the nearby beaches (Curumim, Capao da Canoa and Torres). New decks to enjoy the view.

Close to the center of the quiet Arroio Teixeira, it has an integrated leisure space with a balcony, deck with swimming pool and kiosk in the outdoor area.
