I was at the house with family to spend Christmas. It was great! Easy to find and well located, close to the beach and shopping. Spacious house, accommodated nine people and a dog very well. Whenever we needed to contact Fernando, there was promptness in service and guidance. We loved the gourmet area, with a barbecue, electric oven, microwave, stove and gas hob and a huge TV. We had a few rainy days and this space was very well used along with the heated pool, since we couldn't go to the beach.

This was my first experience with Airbnb, and it couldn't have been better! My family and I were very well received by Jeferson's mother. Very warm and attentive. We walked in and the house was all smelling good, waiting for us. They were very helpful, because unfortunately the TV ended up burning because of a lightning strike, but they soon provided another one. I loved the experience, and if there's another opportunity, we'll be back for sure.

We always rent this house, this time the house is even better with the new renovation, everything well organized and clean, all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, in the bedrooms and in the living room. Close to the beach, great neighbors, quiet beach for family. I was very satisfied with my reservation, I highly recommend it, we will be back soon for sure.

Simply incredible, we passed with family,the house served us super well . Guilherme has always given us an opening for whatever it takes. Although it left the house impeccable, it was always concerned about our well-being , I highly recommend.

I had an excellent hosting experience! The house is close to the beach. It was all very clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I would definitely return and recommend to those who want to relax and enjoy the sea with comfort and tranquility!

We are pleased with the accommodation carried out, as we seek a space for family, children, close to the sea. The house offered security for being fenced. Both the house and the kiosk were properly cleaned and organized. The pool is heated ( which surprised us). We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

Great house, just a few details… I think it would need Wi-Fi, in the rooms it would be nice to have more outlets, pillows also not available… it may be simple things but it would certainly make all the difference! In the rest Rafael was super helpful and the house is huge, excellent rooms in a location! We needed to check in early and he let us in without any problem. It was very good.

Everything was in order, it was a very nice stay. The mattresses are good, good showers, good bedding. Tv has subscription channels, the internet is good, the pool is big, the beach is calm. Quiet and safe place. Distance from sea is quite acceptable, it is not SO close but even my grandparents were walking. It was our best Airbnb experience so far. Small impecilies that emerged were quickly resolved.
