Welcome to our cottage! This one bed, one bath apartment is an easy walk, bike, or a short drive to everything awesome in St. Pete. The cottage features a small dining area and kitchenette with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, & washer/dryer. The bedroom and bathroom are located up a short set of stairs. SeaScape is a 2 bed/2 bath fully furnished located within Fisherman's Cove RV Resort on the Terra Ceia Bay. The interior design incorporates artifacts and treasures found within the Bradenton Beach .Swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing pickleball, are some of the ongoing activities at our resort and the surrounding 2,000 acre aquatic preserve. Near: Tampa, St. Pete, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Sarasota Children under the age of 7 are not permitted to stay in the SeaScape

The main bath offers a new walk in shower with skylight and the half bath in the laundry room provides relief when needed.

Fun facts: In 2020, Historic Kenwood was named 'NEIGHBORHOOD of the YEAR as well as a DESIGNATED ARTIST's ENCLAVE. Our quadrant campaigned to limit new homes that were out of step with the Bungalow style and maintain the personality of Historic Kenwood. It was passed. Suitable for 2 adults (No infants or children) Walking distance to Central Ave. & Grand Central District. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, craft breweries, and shopping.

This is a (small) space in my home (162 square feet), renovated, cozy and beautiful, Fully equipped so you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. Totally private and independent. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just 17 minutes from Anna Maria and other beautiful beaches, nature reserves and other attractions. ready for 1 or 2 people.( We have another beautiful stay for 2 people on the same property).
