A small family cottage located a few meters above the Žermanická Dam on private property offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities, and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller water heater that runs non-stop, so it requires water management. We apologize to guests for the difficult water access conditions associated with the construction of the bike path. We had no idea about its construction. In the future, however, it will be great to use for skating, walking, and biking

If you are looking for freedom, I invite you to stay with me. I live upstairs, so late arrival is no problem.

It is a nice bright apartment of 39m2 with two rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a hallway. There is one living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom connected to the toilet.
