The experience was amazing, the first time I stayed on such a perfect Airbnb. All very well taken care of, the apartment is beautiful, just like the photos, comfortable and smelling bed and bath linens, when we arrived the table was posting. The apartment was very clean. We had an unforeseen rainfall, I contacted Karina and she quickly responded. Our proposal was to be isolated from the world to rest and so we got a super quiet condominium, if you want to go down to the neighborhood below the condominium, because up there it is very quiet. It was wonderful, I highly recommend!

The house is at the top of the condominium, so it has a good climb. There are stairs and easements to facilitate and shorten the way, and they are a good option. For my group, the location was not a problem. Including it was good because it was further away from the noise of the carnival party. The house is beautiful, fantastic, very well-equipped. It's worth it! The owner is flexible in the guidelines and very attentive. It is a beautiful and very pleasant place to relax and escape the rush of everyday life.

The house is extremely pleasant, beautiful, calm and peaceful environment! Beautiful and very well-equipped place, we enjoyed it a lot with the family, we played games and ended our nights by the fireplace. One point to mention is that some of the rooms are connected, which slightly reduces privacy. Even with this point, it's impossible not to want to return. Note 10!

From the first conversation, all the way out was perfect. Alceu was flexible in relation to check out, it was super attentive, he explained everything right, we had no problem. The house is very good, too beautiful!!! The living room is beautiful, the kitchen is too complete, the rooms are very large, with super comfortable bedding, all very clean. The huge bathrooms, all working perfectly. All well complete, with top gear! The swimming pool integrated with the barbecue area, with a wonderful view. Everyone fell in love with the house. It accommodates everyone well, with comfort for everyone in any room. Super quiet arrivals, without error. Pedimos ifood and arrived without a problem. Saimos for dinner, has options very close to the house (restaurants that were suggested by Alceo, and by the way are excellent). Everything perfect!!!

Everything was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super well equipped, very clean. They provide bed linens, soap, good Wi-Fi, a sauna that works perfectly, a caretaker available if necessary, quick and smooth communication with the owners. Everything is very good, highly recommended.

Kathy is a great host, her house is charming and very well located, very close to the famous fair, with a warehouse, bakery and restaurants very close, you can do everything on foot... It is also very close (by car) to tourist attractions such as Granja Comary and Serra dos Órgãos National Park. The decoration, all based on Harry Potter, is an extra detail that left everyone amazed and eager to return on another occasion.

The house is very large and accommodated all the guests well. The view from the house is very beautiful and the condominium is very quiet. It was possible to cook and arrange the purchases we made with ease. Both check-in and check-out took place very quickly. Lucas and Alexandre, who were available for questions and help, responded very quickly. I recommend it!!

Best hosting possible! Our experience was much better than expected. Although it has rained far beyond normal, we were able to take advantage of the fireplace and all the structure that the house offers. Because it is very well located, we feel very safe and welcome. The house was excellent to spend a family moment and celebrate my birthday. Very close to Viva Italia, Feirinha do Alto, steakhouses, Granja Comary... in short, it was great! The questions and aids we need were promptly answered by Rosane, in addition to having surprised us with pampering and all attention for the atypical situation of rain in the mountains. We'll be back for sure!

The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a cozy feeling, as it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to surreal cleanliness... everything was in great condition. Finally, the location is very privileged, with easy access to all the sights of the city, apart from Quitandinha itself, which offers several activities to do while staying in it, highly recommended without a doubt. Ah! I loved the buttery cookies and the banana liqueur, welcoming me.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Everything is very clean and fragrant. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Quiet and very peaceful environment. Waking up to the sound of birds was great!

The flat is a grace, functional, organized, airy, great view, excellent location, the porters are gentle , the building is organized and structured. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, responded promptly and instructed us appropriately.
