Beautiful, fully renovated house with 5 en-suites and a room in the basement with TV. New Egyptian cotton bed linens. Integrated living room with kitchen, with the option to close and isolate, TV room and living room with fireplace. Balcony with an amazing look, furnished and cozy. Portable barbecue, trampoline for children in the garden and space for hiking. Swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi. We have two employees charged separately. It is in the condominium with other houses, being super safe! Fiber internet.

We have all the structure for a perfect stay, with a private pool, sauna, barbecue area and a stunning view of the mountains. Fireplace, ambient sound and a very inviting room for colder days! We also have a wood-burning pizza oven, ample grassy space and a fire pit in the outdoor area that leads you to enjoy the real mountain climate!

The yard is well located, close to the fair, college, easy access for buses arriving from RJ or leaving for RJ, the yard fits several cars, close to the brewery Vila St. Gallen, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, easy access to the Serra dos Órgãos National Park, excellent location in the upper neighborhood, and you can walk to many places. There is the possibility to negotiate the check-in and check-out times

My coziness in Serra de Teresópolis.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, simple, cozy and good-natured place to stay. It is not a condominium, but a very large space with three separate and independent houses, part of the shared outdoor area. As we are neighbors of the National Park, the visit of wild animals typical of the region may appear, but they do not harm. We respect human beings regardless of their race, creed or affective orientation. This is a place of peace and all good people are welcome!!
