Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Teresópolis

We were in December/24 at the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children aged 2/3 and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The living room floor is very spacious, allowing you to interact with people who are in different common areas. We hired Dona Rosana to help us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and cooks very well. We found it to be very good value for money. Point that left something to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it was a cold place, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

The house is wonderful, very well equipped! We loved the whole space, especially the outdoor area that integrates everything with the pool and barbecue!! Everything was super clean, the bed linens smelled good and were soft. Victor was very understanding and flexible with check-in and always responded very quickly and cordially. We loved the stay!

Our weekend at the Tayinea estate was wonderful! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Tayinea always responded very quickly with great kindness and affection. The house is a spectacle, the interior very clean, organized, smelling bedding. Detail for the double bedroom closet, which allowed us to leave the clothes of the suitcases well tidy and without kneading. By the way, the view from the double room at dawn is amazing. As for the outdoor area, all very well cared for, clean and organized. There were so many attractions in the backyard that we barely left the house for a walk. The Fire place gave us amazing photos at night. Our pet also took advantage of the property as the backyard is all walled up and totally safe for our four-legged friends. We love everything! We will definitely be back! Thank you so very much for you, you are a love!

Very clean house with all utensils to use, TV with all channels, I have nothing to complain about, I recommend it to everyone, it's worth every penny paid! Thank you Dona Marcia!

Wonderful house, all very new, beautiful and complete with utensils, with everything we needed. We love to spend the weekend as a family in a home so well cared for and comfortable. Ana Paula is extremely kind!!!! Excellent hostess, you can go without fear.

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful and super well-kept. Everything was impeccable! and we were lucky to find a wonderful person who is Aparecida and Silvio (her husband). Aparecida is an excellent cook and knows how to set a beautiful and neat table. Every day from breakfast until the end of the day she left the house beautiful for us. We love spending the weekend at Paulo's house to celebrate my husband's birthday with a group of friends! The house is very beautiful, in addition to being wide, functional and super well cared for. The infrastructure is excellent, with several leisure options for adults and children (pool, sauna, volleyball court, ping pong, pool, totem), as well as a wonderful barbecue and pizza oven. Vale also mention the beauty of the outdoor area, with many trees and a beautiful garden. We'll be back for sure!

I was with my family in this beautiful and so welcoming home. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Gilberto and Dalva, a very kind lady who cared for the house with all the affection on the days we were there. Every day we woke up with a great breakfast and a full table. We'll definitely be back.

The house is beautiful, it had everything we needed and a little more. She is Large , but cozy! There are no nearby neighbours which gives us a lot of privacy. The access (road) is narrow and with some stretches of dirt - important to observe periods of rain and the type of car. But it's worth it. The view is paradise and connects us to nature at all times. On the long and blue butterfly commute, they welcome us. Fábio answered all my questions quickly, we did not have a problem with the house and its facilities. Perfect TV and internet. We have no light for a few hours, but there is generator and Wi-Fi battery. Fábio told us to Elisangela to help us with lunch, but it is not just the delicious meals she prepares, she takes care of the house during the stay, takes care of us, gets a car to take a friend at the RTM, remembers to take the beer out of the freezer, makes pudding and sends a message remembering the time to take the oven - she was all in the

Rafael was extremely attentive and proactive. The atmosphere is great and very organized. We located the space for 2 nights and wanted to extend rs. A great opportunity to enjoy as a couple with privacy, nature, and a romantic air.

My boyfriend and I love the place! The house is beautiful, the whole place is charming. The highlight goes to the wallace, which is amazing. The only detail is that the mattress is kind of bad. The rest is wonderful, I highly recommend using the sauna.

The stay was wonderful, Bia's space is perfect, it makes you not want to leave. It has all the kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. Place was very clean and cozy. It has nearby markets and access is easy. It's exactly like the photos and everything works perfectly, it's all charming. The bed is wonderful! Bia gave great sightseeing tips and was very receptive. We loved it.

The cabin was amazing and very well maintained. When we arrived, at the door of the cabin you could already smell a nice scent that they put to perfume the environment. These details make a big difference. The meals they offered were prepared with great affection and were of a quality above our expectations. And I can't fail to mention that Débora treated us very well, even after they had a problem with their official WhatsApp number, she handled my distrust well when she made contact through another number. On the morning of the day after our arrival, it rained and there was a power outage. They were helpful when we asked if there was anything they could do to help with the problem, and although we still spent some time without power, with the cold shower, the way they treated us reassured us. Despite the problem, we found our stay amazing and we will definitely be back to see the other cabins.

The chalet is super cozy, surrounded by nature, perfect for resting and recharging. Everything was very clean and organized. Bia was a great host, super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely return and recommend!

Our stay at Grazia's house exceeded all our expectations. The place is a haven full of peace, surrounded by lots of greenery and beautiful scenery. We had moments of family get-togethers including a night of wood-fired oven-baked pizzas with instructions provided with great affection by Grazia. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances that ensure the preparation of any type of meal. Vilma was available all the time, always ready to solve any kind of request, including finding a last-minute pizzeria that provided us with fresh dough pizzas to bake in the wood-burning oven in the gourmet area. Grazia is very friendly and always willing to help. Without a doubt, we will stay more often in the “little mountain house,” where we built incredible memories.
