Fernando is a superhost for his communication and quick response, apart from some extras he offers (I won't mention them so as not to compromise him), but he provides extra amenities. The house is in one of the best areas of Cuernavaca in terms of privacy and security, ideal for resting and enjoying the house. We hope to return soon

We had an amazing weekend!! Raúl's attention was excellent, from before we arrived, during and when we left. The house matched the description and photos, we hired the caldera service and Raúl supported us at the Time for the pool and jacuzzi to be in the ideal temperature, we'll definitely be back !!! Marco and Francesca are very friendly, attentive and were always available. The accommodation is very clean and the area where it is (within the cluster) is very conveniently located. The atmosphere is quiet and ideal to spend with the family.

Excellent place to stay with family and/or friends, very quiet and private to spend a quality time, always very friendly and helpful.

The house is comfortable, tidy, and has all the amenities; it has a very nice garden with many fruit trees. Its pool has warm water due to the sun; half is normal height and the other half is deep, perfect for my children's dives. Near the house is an Oxxo, a modelorama, a three b store and small shops. Mr. Margarito is the person who takes care of the house, he is a very friendly and helpful person. Mr. Anuar is always attentive.

The house is very nice, better than in pictures. The beautiful garden, the warm and nice pool, the unbeatable roast area and the house really comfortable with everything you need and more, I loved the kitchen! My family and I had a great time. In addition to the house is wonderful, the great plus are Lulu and Alejandro, they help you in everything, they keep everything tidy and clean, they are aware of anything you need, they are very friendly. You feel at home and relax. I definitely recommend it, one of the best houses in Cuernavaca.

The accommodation corresponds 100% to the photos published on the platform. The place is ideal if you're looking for tranquility and spending a few days resting or visiting places near the area. The host always responded quickly and kindly. The pool was empty most of the time, so we could enjoy it most of the time. This place will definitely be my first choice when I return to Cuernavaca.

Carlos's house is magnificent to spend a few days away from the city, the amount of vegetation on the property makes you feel isolated and in peace. On the other hand the staff what helped us during our stay was super friendly and helpful, we were very delighted with all the experience we had during our stay. I am happy to come back definitely. Super recommended.

My family and I had an amazing weekend. Since we arrived we felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed it. Our kids had fun like never before, just like we did. Mr. Roberto, who is in charge, is a great person, always very kind and cordial.. we highly recommend it and will definitely return....

The house is very cozy, the bedrooms are very spacious and practically all have their own bathroom, the garden and the pool are in very good condition. The house has all the kitchen accessories you need. Mrs. Laura, who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helpful with guests, and helps whenever she is asked. The bedrooms at the top of the bungalows do not have direct access to the house. You have to go out to the street to enter, but the rest is very accessible.

We liked the house, it is as described, we loved the pool, it is a good size, but we do recommend that you pay for the boiler service since the water is cold, the house has everything you need, Oxxo nearby and a plus to hire Mrs. Eli who helped us cook and treated us super well.

It is a great option to relax a few days since the area is very quiet. The house is very nice, clean and with everything you need to cook. The internet a little unstable but apparently it was due to maintenance work in the area. Cindy is very kind at all times and very clear in the instructions. We will definitely be back.

Without a doubt, it is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in, certainly in the top 3. The view is incredible, the rooms are impeccable, and it is in an excellent area. I would definitely come back

Very nice house, ideal for large families. Good spaces in the bedrooms, good lighting, good ventilation, everything you need to have a good time. Very private area and close to shops or businesses, so if something is missing, you can easily find it within 5 minutes. Some maintenance details, but minimal. The pool is a good size but it's not that big. Both Omar and his people are attentive to everything and support you with whatever you need. For those who are like me and check the house in the app in terms of host type, location, comments, amenities, etc., believe me, this house has it all.

We had a very happy Christmas with the family, a very functional house, in great condition (bathrooms, bedrooms and refrigerator) and the pool works perfectly (temperature). We used the barbecue and it worked great. Additionally, Wendy's attention is great, always attentive. It is highly recommended to pay for the daily cleaning/cooking help. Make sure you arrive with groceries because it is somewhat remote.

The place complies with the description. Maricela and Mr. Martín were really good hosts. We had a theme with the hot water in the bathrooms that was quickly resolved by them. A good place to spend time with family and pets.
