the house is well located very well cared for has many amenities, the kitchen is very complete the rooms as are the very clean bathrooms, accessible to the pool. the functional jacuzzi. Pal our host always the attention and very friendly gave us perfect directions. we ask for some things in the store "service D'Rapido mandadito. I recommend that before they send them their order ask prices because it takes me a surprise when I was charged both for the shipment and the products I ordered. Recommendation there is an Oxxo less than 5 min by car. i recommend 100% hummingbird house. thank you Pal for your attention.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

The house is just like the photos. When you arrive, there are those who greet you and explain how everything works. The house in general is super clean and meets all the amenities it promises. Javier is always on the lookout for if anything is needed and responds very quickly.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The space is enormous, exactly as described in the pictures, which was perfect for our group. The added access to the jacuzzi and playgrounds was a great bonus, especially for relaxing and keeping you entertained. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. Some amenities were missing—not a big deal but worth noting (e.g., no iron). The audio system is outdated and only supports a 3.5mm jack, which isn't very convenient for modern devices. Additionally, being close to the lake and untouched land means you'll encounter insects, including ants and the occasional cockroach, so be prepared for that. Despite these small issues, it’s a fantastic place with plenty of room and great features. I’d recommend it for those who value space and relaxation, just keep the minor cons in mind when planning your stay.

super nice place, we had a family weekend very comfortable. Silvia is very helpful and friendly and Mr. Vicente is also very helpful, I report a leak, I explain and went to verify time later. Kitchen equipped for the weekend, hot water in the showers, rooms with weather (only the one below did not have), safe parking, everything is 100% working THANKS

Our stay was incredible, Maria was always on the lookout, Felipe and Laura helped us at all times, they supported us with the kitchen and all the mandados, an exceptional treatment, I recommend it 100%, the property has everything you need to have a great time, just consider if there are elderly people that there are many stairs, for everything else it is perfect. Few places have the equipment like Miriam's stay. The fractionation is quite safe and quiet, few homes use the pool area which is cleaned daily in the mornings so in both pools you will find plenty of space and privacy. Directions to get there are quite exact although it is not necessary if the river is traced in waze or maps, nearby there is a 7eleven and well-stocked grocery stores. Miriam was accessible at check-in and check-out times and was in quick communication at all times. The only drawback were the mosquito nets, you have to open them and close them carefully because they come off the riel, in general 10/10 I definitely hope to return to the accommodation

A great place to spend a comfortable vacation. It's in one of the best areas in Cuernavaca. Its tennis and squash courts are in excellent condition for fun with family and friends. The pool is bigger than what you see in the photo and you can have a pretty nice time. The host is always attentive and open to solutions. We hope to be able to return later. I highly recommend it!

We had a very good experience. The apartment is just as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need to spend a couple of quiet days. The pool and the subdivision were a great plus, ideal for resting. Communication with Jessi was excellent from the beginning, always attentive and with good recommendations to eat in the area or order in. We definitely recommend it and would consider coming back.
