We had such a great stay here (family of 6)! The place was exactly as described as everything looked just like the photos and matched the listing perfectly. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable, with lots of great spots nearby.

This is the second time I've stayed with Gerardo, I really wouldn't hesitate to do it again, the area seemed safe to me, close to places to eat, it has a good location to be able to get around, Gerardo is very attentive, kind and always attentive to what you need! It is an excellent accommodation, the attention of Mr. Guillermo and his wife was very attentive and helpful at all times. The space is ideal for the people indicated by the accommodation, the amenities it has are excellent, you can combine a day at the pool with an evening of movies. It has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a good meal, a grill for grilled meat and you can eat inside or outside, as the space is adapted for both. My family and my dog really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely go back.

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

Such a great stay and great place. The outdoor space was such a nice bonus - we played cards and enjoyed some beers outside on most nights. Everything about the place was as described. Having access to a washer and dryer was really nice too. The location was splendid. We were within walking distance to most things and felt safe in the neighborhood. There's a grocery store just a block away too, which is nice for carrying the jugs of water back home haha. Overall, we'd consider staying at Carla's place again when we're in Mexico City next!

He consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect, which I greatly appreciated. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and super comfortable. The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

Margarita is an extremely nice person and very attentive, at all times, it was on the lookout for our stay, the pool is very good in size and its garden is very nice, we really enjoyed the accommodation.

We had a family reunion in Tepoztlan for the wedding of a nephew and we had a wonderful time.We were 12 adults, 4 children and one baby and we were all comfortable at the house

i especially appreciated that the property is on one level and has very spacious spaces, which makes it ideal for people with reduced mobility. my dad felt very comfortable in the house. the pool with hot water is a delight! Eduardo, the host, very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. we'd like to return real soon!

The house is located in a very quiet area to rest. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and they provide you with everything you need to do it. The pool is warm and the pool area was what we enjoyed the most. I would definitely come back! The instructions to get to the house were very clear and Veronica answered our questions in time, she was always attentive.

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Excellent stay in this very comfortable accommodation, very nice and cozy with the services that are needed for the stay, the host is super attentive and always attentive , a super noteworthy point is that it is very close to a metro station which makes mobility excellent around the city, the super quiet and very nice area, they provide supplies due to the issue of the noise of cars and others , which the truth is not used because in our opinion it is the normal noise of any city, so this, did not cause us any discomfort, we rest super well.
