Vacation rentals with a patio in Tepotzotlán

From our first communication on, Rene helped us get the most from our trip to the beautiful and amazing Mexico City. He talked to us and gave us very personalized suggestions based on our interests. He answered all our questions but, more than that, he listened to us and gave us ideas on where to go and when, what to eat and where. What not to miss. Rene gave us a list of great restaurants he knows in every price range by neighborhood. (Rene knows good food!) The apartment is handsome and well appointed with extra blankets, pillows, towels--everything you might need. We had a great time in Mexico City. Rene's place and his thoughtfulness had a large part in making our trip such fun.

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento superó las expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable con una estación de metro prácticamente enfrente; la limpieza y el orden con que lo encontramos eran impecables; todo en el apartamento funcionaba muy bien; Marcela siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y fue muy amable y flexible en cuanto a hora de llegada y salida; las instrucciones para ubicar el lugar fueron claras y precisas; lo recomiendo al 100% y, sin duda, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

Great unit within walking distance to different options for restaurants and stores, street food vendors. We feel safe walking around at night. Hosts and building staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend.

My grandmother and I enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Alex’s place. It is just as pictured, with lots of conveniences (iron, hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen) and the neighborhood felt safe. Alex and his family warmly welcomed us and his thoughtful communication and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. 10/10 recommend!

Incredible location and very safe. Lots of restaurants, cafes, two grocery stores, and a mall all within walking distance. Metrobus also within a 5 minute walk distance. Host was very kind and communicative, even trying to help find a doctor for me when I was unwell. The space itself is wonderful- lots of thoughtful touches and bilingual signs to make the stay easier. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of spices to cook with. The outdoor patio was lovely and was enjoyed every day. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Lugar muy agradable para estar en familia, poca gente, privado. Ideal por cercanía con a actividades en Morelos. Muy cerca de Temixco y Xochi.

La estancia en la casa de Active Viajes estuvo excelente , en todo momento los anfitriones se comunicaron con nosotros para entregarnos y recibir las llaves del lugar , a 15 minutos del lugar hay restaurantes muy buenos , y fácil llegar al centro , nos recomendaron mariachis , todo estuvo excelente. 🥳😃

Buena estancia, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente para resolver tus dudad y la casa ni se diga, lo mejor es la alberca privada (quizá una sola observación: regular más la temperatura de la alberca por qué a nosotros nos tocó hirviendo jeje) pero posterior a eso nos dijo como apagar los paneles, esperamos un poco y listo 👌 Sin duda volvería.

El lugar coincide con las fotos, es muy agradable. La alberca es de aprox 1.40m, el agua es tibia contratando el servicio de calefacción. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y hay muchas tiendas alrededor muy bien surtidas.

Cindy es una gran anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy accesible. El lugar esta muy bonito para pasar un fin de con amigos o pareja, tiene todo lo básico y es muy moderno, el agua de la alberca está templada y el lugar es muy silencioso. Excelente todo

El alojamiento de Henry es increíble, es una casa muy linda, limpia y claro que la alberca es el plus del hogar; en lo personal siempre agradezco una buena cama y esta superó mis expectativas ya qué tanto el colchón, las sábanas y las almohadas me fascinaron. Henry es una excelente persona al igual que el resto de su familia y equipo de trabajo, muy amigables y siempre respetuosos. Sin duda alguna recomiendo el alojamiento y muy pronto espero regresar.

It is a functional and comfortable condo. Very quiet building and street during my stay. Good location with many nearby interesting spots. Very easy communication with a very responsive host.

I had a great stay at Alejandro's place. The view is incredible. The furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is very central, and the condo complex feels very safe and calm. I would definitely remember it and recommend it to others.

Un hotel se queda corto a comparación de este departamento, estaba sumamente limpio al igual que muy bonito en general. No hay nada que pudiera recomendar ya que lo tiene todo, de verdad es muy lindo el departamento. Estoy 100% que voy a regresar!!
