Great house with great views!

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Tobias' house is very special. You can still read and feel the old farmhouse. We loved that the house is still in the process and not everything has been turned into a vacation home beyond recognition. It was perfect for us as a group of 8 people, we were with our young, partly adult children and their friends. The bathrooms are great, there are three toilets, we liked sitting in the Engadine parlor in the evening and playing games, reading, looking out the window. Tschlin is a quiet, very beautiful village with very friendly people, we always had nice conversations with the owner of the Butia (small grocery store), we ate at the Ustaria Tschlin (extremely good food!) and enjoyed walks through the village and the hike above the village after skiing. Tobias was a pleasant host, always available and helpful, thanks Tobias!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

The place has a really nice location, walking distance to the shore of Riva del garda within 10 minutes. You can explore a lot in the area & many tasty restaurants. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone who likes to need some peace but still wants to be in the center quickly, due to the private parking you don't have to worry about looking for a parking space. We and our dog loved the stay, we would always come back! ☀️ Communication and check-in went smoothly.

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! Thank you so much for providing a safe, clean and beyond expectation. For our very special family as we gathered from Ireland and Australia. It surpassed all of our expectations From the moment we booked the communications was always very helpful prompt and friendly. Adding 2 X cuts and 2 X cribs was no drama at all. Beds were amazingly comfortable and everything very clean and tidy. The balcony absolutely next level fabulous. Views of everything. So recommend this beautiful place. And thank you to all that made it so.

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

The appartment is located in a beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden. We really enjoyed the quiet, small swimming pool in the garden and there was a sauna next door which we also used. It is a special place and we will certainly come back. The garden is fenced which was convenient for us because we came with a dog ( you have to watch out for bees). To the centre about 15 minutes walk, to the beach a little further. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. It was really great to spend time there.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The house is really fully equipped, super tidy and clean and is in a beautiful location in the mountains. The pool is shared with the residents of the other residences on the residence, but for the most part you have this pool to yourself. The residents are super friendly and would love to have a chat with you in Italian 😁 Colico at the lake is a cozy little place where you can eat and drink. This is fine to walk down in a 25 minutes (we with 2 children 5 and 9 years of age). From Colico you can easily reach all sides around Lake Como. We are definitely recommend this stay to others!

Beautiful location surrounded by mountains. The tavern is really very cozy and picturesque. The owners are really very kind,making you feel at home. Highly recommended

Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Very quiet location. 20 min. drive from Bergün - 30 min. from Davos.

Only downside: very low ceilings, apartment not suitable for people higher than 1.80. Otherwise everything is super: spacious and clean apartment, quiet area but close to the ski resorts (15/20 min walk) and super responsive and helpful host!

Tiziano and Luisa are super hosts! We had a very good time and will be back for sure. Ideal place to go on vacation with your dog. Super comfortable bed and clean house, beautiful and tidy. They also brought us the keys the night we were locked out, super nice!
