stayed here for a wedding nearby. the flat was a perfect location, walkable into town, the train station and the quay. The flat was well equipped and comfortable, i would definitely stay here again.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Great apartment in central location. Everything was clean and tidy. Comfy beds and good power in the shower 😊 Would definitely stay here again when we visit Woodbridge.

Tims flat in Burnham on Crouch was ideal for our stay as we were visiting to do some sailing. If were sailing in the area again we will look to see if his flat is available, we really liked it and the views of the river were really good as it's on the 3rd floor of the apartment block. Parking wasn't too bad, thankfully, as we had two cars and a lot of sailing gear to unload. Many thanks for the stay.

A gem of an appartement in a great location despite the fact that the glorious past of the building is, well... in the past! The appartement is light and well appointed and has fascinating views of the industrial port and the town below.

It’s a stunning flat with great location. The views are incredible.

What a beautiful place to stay - right next to a nature reserve, with the oyster catchers and curlews calling at night and wildlife wandering into the garden. But also very close to pubs, coffee shop and the sea. Great if you like birds, wildlife and peace and quiet.

The house was beautifully positioned/appointed with wonderful open plan living room and kitchen. bathrooms were all spotless, modern and well presented. Light, airy house with wonderful views of the surrounding sea. A special find, allowing good friends to enjoy some precious days walking and cycling in the glorious surrounding countryside. Host was very attentive and easy to contact - would highly recommend.

Comfortable home in peaceful location but near to the beach, very pet friendly. Mersea island is a lovely location. Plenty of lovely pubs within 10min walking distance. Mel is a fantastic host, very friendly and goes out of her way to make your holiday special.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. The location is amazing and the area is so peaceful. The garden is an absolute sun trap. The property was so clean, the beds are really comfortable, lots of little extras that make it a complete home from home. We are already discussing our next visit, this will be a regular rental for our family, we love it.

This was our second visit to Magda and Jon's apartment. Everything was as described, clean and tidy with fantastic view. The towels folded into the shape of two swans was a lovely touch on arrival! I can highly recommend staying.We will definitely be coming many more times

Just returned from a lovely 2 nights at Michaels place. As others have said the location is great as it's on the high street and only a few minutes to the lovely Frinton beach. Check in was easy and there is parking at the rear of the downstairs shop. It was really hot and Michael arranged a fan to try to cool us down, he was available for any queries we had, Michael and his partner were really accommodating hosts. The studio was really clean and is very pared back and stylish, would recommend for a trip to Frinton and would try to get to the downstairs weekend bar next time .

Great little place, quiet and comfy bed. All you need to go exploring the local area. We were visiting family so it was perfect for us. Lots of walks on your doorstep through to Mistley and Manningtree. Sharon was responsive and helpful.

Absolutely a beautiful apartment I definitely will be back again Georgina was so helpful with any questions I had replied very quickly the apartment was so nice and homely has everything you need I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here the beautiful little balcony which u can sea the so nice to sit and see the sun set I can’t wait to come back

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and the bed and furniture were so comfortable . Absolutely amazing location with great parking outside and the branch across the road,and yet once in.. you never heard a thing. Will certainly return. We felt so welcome. This apartment was clean and almost brand new . Nicely decorated . Two good size bedrooms , one en-suite . Suited us, perfectly , for a week visiting family . It’s in a great spot being directly across the road from the beach . Near leisure centre, pier and “Beach street” A little further to walk into town , but manageable for two sixty plus’ and two teenagers Would highly recommend
