Great location. Comfortable and clean. 2 individual beds and 4 double beds. A 2-minute drive to Tena Shopping Center. It has fans in every room. Parqueadero online (touch move the car if someone else wants to get out) The Owner is very friendly. If he would come back!

A very cozy and very clean place, perfect for vacationing. I'll be back soon. The only detail is left on the 3rd floor (no elevator), as I was with my parents were a bit uncomfortable with that, otherwise it was very good.

Jefferson is an excellent host, he was quite clear in the description of his accommodation, very easy self-check-in, we had an issue with the parking, but the host was quick to respond, the neighborhood is quite quiet and safe and is very close to the Center
