Je verblijft op de bovenste verdieping van een herenhuis in de gezellige art deco wijk Zurenborg, die artistiek uitstraalt. Op wandelafstand van het centrum en de tram stopt achter de hoek. De Dageraadplaats met zijn restaurantjes en cafeetjes zijn een beleving op zich. Van hieruit kan je echt overal naartoe in onze koekenstad.
